Booked them last minute for a relatively large event nearby, was nervous about the reviews but the price was very affordable and they made the entire process very easy, as well as dropping them off and picking them back up on time. Will be using them again!

Service on our construction site was okay until it wasn’t AT ALL... The toilet continued to fill up, so I called to request that they send someone to empty it. An ENTIRE WEEK and FIVE phone calls later, I had no alternative but to have the toilet picked up and sign a contract with another company. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. I personally have held customer service jobs in the past and know the importance of making a customer feel valued.
NOT ONCE did anyone attempt to apologize for inconvenience. There is nothing worse than having to use a full portable toilet, that’s been sitting in a warm climate, for weeks, with flies buzzing all around. Terrible experience!😩😩😩

I work on Camp Lejeune. The photos included are what this company provides on a daily for the Marines training. I’ve struggled for over the last 6 years with this company and would recommend any other company to use. This company never replies, answers phone calls nor emails. I’m not sure how their service is within the local population but for the military they are nothing less than disgusting and despicable. Honestly, I can’t believe they are still in business. No reply by this company can do justice for the time proven failure of quality service. Gross….

Ordered 12 portajohns and 4 hand washing stations from this company. Upon delivery they were dirty and used, when we called the company to find out why, it was said that the driver stated he did clean them upon delivery. He did not. Also, the day the portajohns were delivered the hand washing stations were not, to which we were told they just “didn’t have them at the time”. We called and had them come out and deliver the hand washing stations and clean the portajohns, they weren’t able to service them at the time and the portajohns didn’t need servicing that day. However, we had a conversation that day regarding them being serviced two days later which we agreed on and were set for. Come 2 days later they come out to service the portajohns and we get a call saying we didn’t pay for the servicing fee, which we did not pay for because we were told it was included during emails and phone calls, I am the one who ordered them so I wanted to make 100% sure nothing was being left out but I can only do so much. Even though the fault is on them they won’t honor our agreement and service the portajohns. So now we have over 100 military and civilian personnel in the field with no place to hygienically use the restroom. Treat your military better. I will be using another vendor from here on out.

The insufficient cleaning of the porta potties during my unit's training evolution last week impacted comfort and hygiene during the evolution. This is not the 1st time that this company has failed to honor their requirements/expectations for the military population. My unit had issues with this company during a previous exercise in September.

These John’s look like 1952 models! About the only thing good about their John’s is they are mostly in one piece looking from the outside. Insides are a nightmare! Good luck finding one that’s not duck taped, most have holes in the ventilation and no hand sanitizer in any of them. How about spending some of that money your making and get some new John’s. The ones you have are done. They were done the moment the duck tape entered the equation.

Have you trained your employees yet? Are you Now July 2023 under new management? I recently was at an event and your bigger unit with multiple toilets stopped running (as in no water) . They tried reaching you to no answer or call back. What is going on there?

I have waited to give them a review hoping the owner/manager would do the right thing. We rented one of the bathroom units for an outdoor wedding. At first we were happy and impressed when the bathroom was delivered. The employee hooked the unit up and it was working when he left, later on as we were setting up at the venue the unit stopped working. My husband and others tried to troubleshoot and then called the gentleman that delivered the unit (he left his business card with us). We called several times and left a message. Next morning the day of the wedding, we again called the guy that delivered it and the business phone number again no answer. We had NO CHOICE but to gets licensed electricians to work on the unit so we didn't have to tell our guests to go behind a bush. Then the pump on the unit quit working an hour before the ceremony and my husband had to tap on the pump several times during the night because there wa no water. My husband and I called the owner Monday several times, Tuesday several times, Wednesday several times, AND FINALLY on Thursday I get put through to the owner. He refused to refund a portion of the money because in his words we should not have touched the panel box. Well he's right, he should have been available to repair or replace the unit. We spent around $900 to rent this unit for one evening. That was not the end, the owner of the venue called me to tell me that the employee that picked up the unit plowed a rut through the venue where the wedding ceremony takes place. This company totally failed us and left us with no options and the owner avoided our calls. He offered no apologies. I even told him that we understand that things break down but that they should have been available instead of putting us in a stressful predicament. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!

Caught weekly cleaner not cleaning unit. He came to the unit, stood outside on his phone then initialed that he cleaned it. My husband approached him while calling Denise on the business line & told her what happened. She said the cleaners are supposed to send a pictureof the unit to them once it's cleaned with the seat up. He had been sending pictures with the seat down. Husband stood there while he cleaned it. We knew it hadn't been cleaned in weeks & asked for a credit. Never got one. The unit still wasn't being cleaned after that & when we called & complained we were given the run around until we told them to pick up the unit. Never got an apology or credit of any kind. Very unprofessional. Would never use them again.

Worst company ever. I helped at a wedding and the bride's parents rented one of these worthless bathrooms. The driver did not take the driveway he was told to use and ruined the yard of the event site owner. The bathroom unit immediately stopped working and there is no support from the company. The "tech" never called back or bothered to show up. We had to get our own electrician to fix the electrical parts. Then the water stopped working and the bride's father had to stand by the unit throughout the reception to make the pump work every time someone used the unit. Took 5 days to reach the owner who is rude and argumentative. My friends deserve every penny refunded.

Was on a job site with 2 of there portable toilets. They were only cleaning them out about once per month and charging for once every week. Every time we called for service we were told the truck was on the way but they never showed up. Guess thats why they were the cheaps price around. I'm not the rich general contractor that rented this unit but the laborer that had to actually use the toilet.😣

I wish I had read other’s reviews first. My experience seems to be a fairly common one. It took 3 weeks for them to come pick up the unit after numerous phone calls. The driver left a considerable amount of blue soaked trash and toilet paper rolls in our yard.

Failed to clean toilet. For two weeks straight. Broken promises of showing up. Created an unsanitary situation for all workers on job site. Do not recommend. Oh yeah and they charged me for this poor service!! Horrible
