Store is well stocked and the employees are helpful. The store was clean and I didn't have to wait in line to checkout. The prices are right, sometimes you do not need a super high end tool to get a few little things done. They have specials and a rewords program if that is your thing. Overall a very good store and staff.

Picked up a set of the trifold loading ramps here. The nice cashier lady was ready for me when I arrived. She quickly went to the back and got the ramps. I paid and she even offered to roll them out. She was super duper pleasant and I will be back! 😁 I put those well made ramps to work immediately!!

Nice clean an well lite with plenty of room and plenty of everything. Every time I passed a team member they welcomed us right off the bat an checked if they could help us. Also it was busy enough the staff we're making sure everyone was helped.

Nice store. Well-stocked, good staff. Harbor freight tools, in general, are much better than they were 10 or 15 years ago. The half-inch drive impact sockets I have are built like a tank. They’re fantastic. The only thing I would question is, I would suggest that people stay away from so some of the electronics. I’ve had a couple of the battery minders quit. in fact one of them actually melted the transformer, which was not good.

Great customer service. We were a little disappointed to find out the stores website had been wrong and they didn't have the toolcart we wanted. They were completely out of the one we originally planned on buying. We can tell that the clerk assisting us had experience and was a very big help to us. They seemed to be well-educated when it came to tools/hardware and seemed to know how to assess our situation and knew exactly what direction to send us in. He found us a cart that was similar to the model that we had originally planned on getting. All-around our shopping experience at was amazing. Quality service, give by qualified professionals.

One of my favorite stores to visit. When I go I typically walk every aisle looking for something I really need. Even when I don't buy anything it's still fun to look. Keep an eye out for the coupons, you can save a lot if you have the will power to wait for what you want to go on sale...
