Service there is always a good

It is a gas station named Duck Thru. Bathrooms were so so. Not bad but not great.

They haven't had lids for drink cups in months. There's no "to-go" reusable cups. There's no unsweetened tea. We saw no one getting drinks while we were there. The friendly employees are having to bear the brunt of this store's unreliability. This place was great when it opened a few years back, but now there's no reason to stop here. Go to Speedway a few yards away; they don't have a made-to-order grill, but they have other items worth a try.

I won't give this place a single star! The employees in the food area didn't greet me. I stood in what I thought was a line for some time while employees talked to people all around me but did not acknowledge my existence. Finally my daughter pointed out we were to place our orders via an electronic kiosk screen. It only takes 30 seconds to say: "Hello, when you're ready to order you may use these screens to do so." Placed the order, no option to pay. No one bothered to direct me to the cashier to pay for my order. I ordered a sub with "double meat." There were two PAPER THIN slices of ham, turkey and roast beef. If that was double meat -- just no! And if it wasn't, then I paid for it and didn't get it, which I didn't discover until I left the store.
The person with me ordered a chicken sandwich, was literally a piece of fried breast slapped on a bun -- BONE IN and everything!
Speedway, next door, has nothing to worry about if this is the kind of shoddy service this establishment is going to provide!

NO STARS!!!!

Been there twice and each time I’m not given the correct change. Always gyped at least a dollar. Happened again tonight but I didn’t pay attention until I was in my car. Even my son said the girl was looking at me funny as if she knew she wasn’t giving me all of my money back. Sketchy.

Order food from them and they make you wait but not there friends .they play to much behind the counter hugging on each other in front of everyone bad attitude
