Frankie is one of the best people she is a very hard worker she is always willing to help in anyway she can if she doesn’t know the answer she will ask til she finds the answer she she very prompt she listens to the customers and she enter acts with customers

The Bartlesville branch is great. I always have fast friendly service there. The employees there are very personable and helpful. They are a second chance bank that will give you the opportunity to start over when others do not. Highly recommended!
