Tate Boys

Brought my car in this morning. Expressed concerns on what was happening. They took it back and checked it and was able to get it fixed. The guys up front are AMAZING! The best customer service I’ve had anywhere I’d taken my car to. Thank you, team, and technicians that worked on my car. Highly recommend them for service. Much appreciation.

Never have an issue with Tates from tires to oil changes or alignments they got it covered and treat you like a friend the whole time. I've used them for as long as I can remember and they never fail.

Tate Boys’ staff are always courteous and follow through with excellent workmanship, and contacting us to advise if complications are found or that the car is finished and ready to be picked up. They also send coupons in mail and honor them.

There is a reason Tate Boys services all my family vehicles. With kids in college and traveling all over the place, I need the piece of mind they will be as safe as possible. I can trust Tate Boys to take care of my family’s vehicles as if it were their own children driving them and without fail they answer the call every time without all the unnecessary add-on’s and uncharges. Per usual, 5 out of 5, again.

It is rare to find a shop that really seems to care about providing good service and doing quality work without trying to up-sell things you don’t need. The folks at Tate have consistently matched the best prices and worked to provide quick service with great communication about what they found and thorough explanations of what is needed.

Front help is great & so nice! Service is pretty fast & the mechanics are great to talk too. 10/10 reccomend!!! Woke up with a flat tire (got it aired up by my lovely neighbors) after tire wall being blown I needed a new tire. Got out the door with 4 new tires for $365!

I will have all of my work done here. The staff is friendly, the service is great, and they are not looking to nickel and dime you. Nick is the main reason we will be going back.

Every time I take my car to tate boys they always hook me up with the best prices and are always so friendly! Today I needed my struts done but had to work later in the day, I brought my car in 20 mins before I needed to clock in and they brought me to work so they could work on it and brought it to my job when they were finished so we wouldn’t have to push it to a later date! I absolutely love these guys! They truly are the best!

Excellent customer service. Worked me in to add a set of tires at the end of the day staying beyond their closing time. Great communication and texting pictures detailing need for alignment.

Showed up for a tire repair as soon as they opened there doors. They were very kind and very professional and fixed my tire. Informing me that my tire needs to be replaced as soon as possible. When I took it to Discount Tire who refused to repair and only offered to replace it.

Tate Boys has always been very professional and my car has always received the best service! I've been taking my car there for a year (when I moved to the area) and will continue being a return customer. 5 stars!

Can not say enough things about how amazing they're here. Especially Nick, he was amazing in helping me get back on the road with my car. I even broke down in tears, and he still was so empathic and even helped me with other revenues on paying for the total cost. He stayed on the phone with me the entire time , walked me through every step, and kept me up to date the whole time. I can not tell you how amazing he was on helping me get through that stressful ordeal. I will continue to brag on the service that I got today with Nick. I highly recommend this place, they're all amazing each and every time I've gone there. Good place to work on your vehicle forsure.

My daughter took her car to Tate Boys for an alignment and to see if it had any other issues. Associate Craig went above and beyond in making sure all of our needs were met. They charged a very reasonable price we couldn't be happier. Thank you again Craig and Tate boys!

Tires are tires, brands are brands... no surprises there, you get what quality level you pay for. But, what separates Tate Boys from the rest, is their outstanding service. Everyone that works there is professional, but I would like to give extra recognition to Nick in Bartlesville for being consistently exceptional. Thanks you Tate Boys!
