Absolutely wonderful place with wonderful people. I had my first visit today, and I've never felt as heard and seen by medical professionals as I did with Jessica and Brittany. They listened to my every concern without condescension or doubt, developed a clear and concise plan for care, explained any medications I could take depending on my comfort level and lifestyle, and were transparent with me about pricing for everything I'd need done.

The entire building is calm, cozy and welcoming, from the waiting room to the exam rooms. The staff up front are kind, patient, and easy to talk to, and setting up future appointments was a breeze.

Insurance or no insurance, I definitely recommend this office for anyone seeking compassionate care. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would!

Stephanie and the staff at Wilkes ProHealth are awesome! In this world of waiting weeks for medical attention and little direct access to your actual direct care provider, Wilkes ProHealth is breath of fresh air. We are very lucky to have them in our community.

This place is amazing! The staff is always so friendly and attentive. They do their absolute best to accommodate you and help any way they can. Not having insurance is a huge burden but they offer an affordable option to have a regular doctor.
