They treat you with nothing but respect and are very courteous. Always ready to help with any of your vaping needs or questions. They 100% of the time go above and beyond any other vape shop I have ever been to. That is why I have dubbed them my favorite and only vape shop I go to. They have earned my loyalty.

Only been vaping for about 4 months so still learning things about it. Wasn't very happy with the service at the other shops in town. The guys in here seemed happy to take the time to explain a few things to me and can accommodate almost any flavor you can imagine. I've seen lower prices at some other shops but I've seen higher prices also. It's still cheaper than 2 packs of cigarettes everyday. This is definitely my "go to" shop.

Love these guys...they have the ability to mix their own juice...so they can make it taste however you like. Very friendly service. Extremely knowledgeable and they stand behind everything they sell. Plus it is top shelf stuff.

Uses 100% nicotine...custom blend juices taste are superior to the swill other vendors in this area are trying to pass off as "good". Hardware is competitive and sometimes less than Market for quality gear. Best customer service and consultation with seasoned business owner.

This is the only vape store I will go to because of the high quality of customer service!

Thank you Wally, TJ & Billy for being upfront & honest when I had a questions or concerns. My heart thanks I& my lungs thank you. I was having a trouble time with trying to get off cigars. They gave me a great education on how I could stop cigars & transition into Vaping which is much healthier (if u smoke) . I’m happy to say it’s been 9 months since my last cigar!! Best vape shop in town. If they don't have what you're looking for they will make it. Nowhere else in Bartlesville does that. And the girl that's always working when I go in, TJ, she's best. After visiting the other shops in town and being treated like im bothering the workers by asking questions, then going to this shop. Its night and day. Love this store. And the staff.

The staff here are wonderful whenever I've came in there with ajuice flavor but I do not like that I purchase somewhere else they've always. They have always acted up perfectly to where I end up not wasting my money by not using it there are vape pens are very very affordable
