Very friendly and helpful. They didn't have my size but were able to get my size ordered and shipped to my house and I still got the buy one get one half price. The store was very clean and all the shoes in their place. It was very easy to see their selection and see their shoe sizes. Very happy customer.

I love Rack Room Shoes. They have all the styles and brands you love, a clearance wall in back that you can always find a good deal on, and the employees are so nice and helpful, good deals going daily like the bogo 1/2 off or the bogo free deals, I love those!!

There deals seem to be the same week in week out service is beyond what you may expect very personable honest will tell you there opinion if asked took some time but we found a pair that I liked and she didnt push the 150$ dollar pair she thought they where overpriced i was very impressed in the help I got and honest responses from all employees working
I went in to buy one pair for a buddy I walked out with 4 pairs under 140

I was in there Saturday to find sandles the staff was very helpful even though there was a lady whose children were running a muck inside the store. They were being very patient with all the ruckus being caused by the screaming and the distraction. Thought I didn’t find what I was looking for I will be back.
