Clean restaurant ✨ with good service. 👍 we loved the food.. Stelly rated the 🍟 fries 10/10! The 🐟 🐠 fish was great. THIS IS MY COMFORT FOOD!! Rosa and I have LJS and Stell had her 🍔 at A&W...so this was a win/win for us! 🎗 The facilities were clean and had soap 🧼 & TP 🧻 . BUT I hate those hand dryers! 🙄
We all left happy 😊 and full! 👍 Good job to all the staff. They worked seamlessly as a team... (yup, I know.. I was a Restaurant GM) I always look for these things.. 👀

We have had LJS delivered many times from this location and the food has been consistently fresh and hot. We were totally surprised bc that is not the usual food delivery service we expect. Highly recommend.

I love me some long John silvers I tell you. The chicken with cocktail sauce (idk what got me on that) but I love it. The flavor is just bold and delicious! My go to is the chicken and cheese curds. Those alone keep me coming back but the shrimp is also good. Butterfly and popcorn shrimp is good with the cocktail sauce. LJS has some of thee best corn I've ever had. It's soooo good!!! I'm not big on seafood but LJS has always been on point! Keeps me coming back!

This place is really turned around in the last 3 months great customer service the food is good they're always friendly no order was a little messed up it happens they made it right immediately. But as far as the customer service that's what you want the most and they definitely have that here smiling faces and a good positive team way to go guys Long John silver's on Western and smacking baby.

Love their food!!!! I am so sad that the only restaurant available for me is 10mi from my home so I HAVE TO eat here every time I'm on this side of town. And you must eat the chocolate Cheesecake Factory cheesecake! Amazing! And I always eat in the dining room because Edna is a sweetheart! Always calls you by name, checks to see if you need anything, and exchanges your food with a huge smile if there's anything at all wrong.

I love going to this location to get my Long John silver's. But if you go around noon it seems like they don't cook it as long as you want it and you have to ask him to cook a little longer I guess cuz they're in a hurry cuz it's noontime but besides that it's always been clean and nice and fast drive-thru

Phil the cashier is amazing. Great customer service & makes you feel very welcome, Ms Edna is just a ball of positivity & fun energy! I will definitely be back & I highly recommend this location. Tell them hi & experience amazing service cause they definitely deliver.

The lady who routinely works the day shift is a jewel. Friendly, sweet, & makes sure your satisfied. I had a problem with a piece of overcooked fish & she promptly got me another piece with a smile & a "No problem".

I just love the energy going through the drive-thru! I wish I knew the person's name, but they just make my day every visit! They certainly never disappoint!

The place was clean. The people was very nice. Everything was excellent. The food was awesome. Quite expensive to eat there.

Place was clean, the lady at the front was fantastic. She saw we had a baby and brought out some fries for him.

The staff was really nice and professional. She made sure we were pleased with our meal. #10 platter with 2 fish and 6 shrimp was more than one person can eat.

Food was great and quickly made. Service was fantastic. The manager was a very friendly, upbeat, nice lady and brought our food around to our table when it was ready. I've gotten food here many times through the drive-thru, and it's always been good and quick. This was my first dining in, and it was an even better experience.

I 💕 this place!! I had to drive 12 miles one way to get there but WOOHOO it was well worth it! I had the 3 pc fish & 2 pc chicken dinner and they gave me an extra side in place of my drink. And the best part was all those wonderfully seasoned "crunches" at the bottom of my box....those babies are my favorite. And don't forget to get plenty of malt vinegar!!💋🎣🐟🎏

The person at the window tonight was very kind and helpful! From the time I pulled up to the speaker until I had my food and was driving away, I was treated like a person. I'll definitely be back.

Hard to find a LJS anymore, but this one had good customer service and food was very good

To be honest, I have stayed away from LJS for many years due to past experiences at other stores in the Texas market. We recently started going to this store at 7609 S. Western OKC, OK for the main reason of one of the employees at this location.

Every time we have gone, Mrs. Edna F. has taken care of us, she ALWAYS greets us with a smile and a kind word no matter who you are.

Mrs. Edna's attitude and friendly customer service reflects in her employees, food quality, store cleanliness and the sheer amount of customers who frequent this location.

Mrs. Edna doesn't just stop taking care of you after you place your order, she comes by your table and checks on you to see if you need anything, she always says goodbye and she is the friendly caring grandmother or aunt you remember from your younger days.

Because of Mrs. Edna's care for her customers she has earned the respect, customer loyalty of my friends and I and her positive attitude rubs off on her employees and fellow customers.

When so many other places have forgotten what customer service means she sets an example for ALL that should be followed.

My friends and I often pay up for places that have good service and LJS is not an expensive place to eat, this would be a much nicer country to live in if we had more Mrs. Edna's out there.

She treats everyone the same no matter what their beliefs (both religious and political,) appearance, whether you are a MAN or WOMAN, old or young, etc.

Other fast food establishments and even some sit down more expensive places could learn a lot of lessons from Mrs. Edna she is a pleasure to be around and talk to. I cannot say enough good things about her, I don't leave many reviews, I try to stay positive unless my experiences are bad, in other words, I rarely leave bad reviews however, I am more than happy to post great reviews especially when someone goes above and beyond or when someone has so much charisma that it doesn't seem like they are putting extra effort into their service, it comes naturally to Mrs. Edna. She is why this store is successful when so many other fast food places aren't.

BTW Mrs. Edna, this is the "hush puppies to go guy" that comes and sees you on Fridays.
