The Even though the crew was very professional, this job proved to be something that I could feasibly DIY, and the crew literally told me how to do it. Most people do not realize that air ducts need to be cleaned out. Just like draining your hot water tank once a year and changing your filter every 30 days. I lease the house I am in, I’ve been here for four years. The house was built in 1979 and has carpet. I clean house every weekend and the dust is horrible. My landlord was gracious enough to have it done. What a difference it has made. The 3 gentlemen that came to clean them were the most respectful and professional people I have met. They explained what they were doing each step and left my house clean.

Courtsey Care tested my studio for black mold. It came back positive for black mold (the dangerous kind), they gave me an estimate for removal and at the end of the job it was actually a bit less than the estimate. Cleaned up after themselves, they were polite and explained the process very well. I would highly recommend their serves.

I had a wonderful experience with Courtesy Care Restoration during a water emergency on the day before Christmas Eve. Their team was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure my home was restored to its original condition. The owner was responsive and eager to help, even on the holiday. They coordinated with my insurance adjuster and plumber to get the job done quickly and effectively. The communication was great and everyone I spoke with was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company for any restoration needs. I hope I never need their services again, but I will definitely keep them in mind.

We discovered a water leak after 6pm on a Sunday night and by 7pm Courtesy Care arrived. They promptly evaluated the situation and began removing water. They worked until after 10pm, removing baseboards, drying the interior wall and carpets. They came back Monday and again Tuesday, satisfied the area was dry and ready to be put back together. From the first call, to the last handshake, Courtesy Care staff was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them.

They worked with me on scheduling duct cleaning for my daughter’s newly renovated house and were so patient as we had to reschedule a couple of times. Called for service. Inspector came right out. Gave us an estimate. Scheduled service at a convenient time for us. Came out and worked around other contractors. They did a great job and explained what they were doing and why. Very much appreciated the crew that came out.

They were very prompt in responding during an extremely busy time of the February 2021 freeze! I was totally panicked and they were very gracious and comforting to me. They came in a very timely manner and saved my carpet. They did an awesome job and everyone was very gracious. The cost was much cheaper than others I had called. Courtesy Care has come to my home three times. When I bought the house the kitchen floor was caked with wax. Unfortunately the previous owner didn’t realize that the floor was manufactured wood that was shiny, so they put wax on it causing it to become sticky and easily stained. Courtesy Care came out within days of my phone call and cleaned the floor within a few hours. I was so impressed by the professionalism of the crew that I took them on a tour of my house. The carpets were in need of a good cleaning, especially where the cat box had been. Since then Courtesy Care has cleaned the carpet in my hallway and bedrooms. On both occasions, the crew thoroughly cleaned the carpets leaving their workspace clean and fresh smelling. After finishing the job, the guys left me with an aftercare kit and explained carefully how to use the spot cleaner.

I would highly recommend this company to clean the floors in homes and businesses. They are knowledgeable about the services they provide as well as very courteous and conscientious about the health and personal possessions of their customers.
