Greyhound: Bus Station

Kat is amazing if she's there while you're here she'll make anything happen for you! Best staff out of all greyhound offices I've been to 🖤 much love from Detroit.

I travel often on greyhound there's s always something going on but, overall the rides are pretty smooth but the problem is the staff in Dallas Texas that have some filthy mouth and can't control themselves it's pretty sad cuz there are children around but other than that it's all good

Had no problems with anything. The clerk was proficient in his job. It's a bus station like all the rest

I picked up my son from the Greyhound Bus Station yesterday nice people and clean place and the people were friendly.
I would like to give a shout out of praise to the bus driver too. I was standing there and he asked me if I was waiting on someone I said that I was I don't know if I told him that I was waiting on my son or not. I wanted to take a picture of my son as he got off of the bus at 5:15pm 6/30/2023. The bus driver was very tentative and made for sure that everyone got off of the bus safely and he was right on time 👍🏽

Bus driver and staff were very helpful, restroom is cleaner then most places I've been.

DeDe and Tiffany were very helpful to me when I was helping a man who was stranded traveling to Phoenix, Arizona. They were very polite, very kind, very courteous, and very respectful.
His vehicle had broken down, and he was trying to get home with his family. He had no money available to him for a bus ticket or food/drinks, shoes on his feet, or a shirt on his back....all of which I provided for him to have until he got home. Blessings all around for these ladies and this man to travel safely. Thank you, ladies.

The routes are getting better and the Bus stations are more clean . Keep up the good Work. I started traveling in March and some of the places was horrible I'm glad to see improvement we need that. We don't need another pandemic.

I have travelled from NYC to Rochester , quite a comfortable ride, Staffs were friendly.

The staff was very helpful when it came time to reload the next bus to complete my destination to Dallas Texas.

Leon went out of his way to help me when I had a problem with my ticket he went above and aboard what you're supposed to do

Very kind Security Officer retrieved my bag I left behind after closing. Very helpful and respectful.

I did have to call 911 at around 11pm... a man was driving erratically in the Greyhound bus parking lot. He was verbally aggressive to the SO, but he handled the situation very well. Thank you Greyhound for providing a Security Officer for open hours.

Stay in a hotel if you need a Greyhound at short notice, this facility is not 24 hours.

Very Tasty! Wanted to find a good place to eat before leaving the city, and found this little hole in the wall restaurant DOT WO. And 'Wo' was my initial thought after trying the food provided. The atmosphere is nice relaxing and refreshing! I ordered the whole Peking duck and shared with my mother, probably one of the better foods I've had in a very long time. I would certainly come back (most likely will when I'm back in the city) and would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal!

It's a bus station. The clerk was very patient and knowledgeable. At first glance you might think the other passengers looked rough but really the other passengers were very considerate and polite. Probably a little tired from their travels. Like me they were just trying to get somewhere as quickly as possible. There wasn't anyone that caused me to worry about my safety. They also have a security guard present.

The lady at the counter, Ms Tiffany, was very helpful to me and my family. Asked a number of questions because I've never riden a Greyhound bus before. She was super sweet and answered all my questions.

I hope Greyhound is profitable and continues in business forever. They service segments of our society that would be lost or in trouble without them. Godspeed Greyhound Bus Lines!!!!

Very nice staff and pretty clean considdering how many people come and go in and out of this place every day. The security guard was super sweet. He preyed for all of us on the bus before we left. Thanks buddy. They have public restrooms, and candy and pop vending machines inside. There is also a truck stop across the street with a subway and all kinds of food snacks and other items for sale. The area is not that good, has homeless right under the over pass on the freeway right next door but it's an improvement over their old location.

The station is nice, employees kind of amusing doing announcements. Food and beverages available inside. Not just snack machines!
