Peak Physical Therapy

I attended physical therapy over the month of February and really enjoyed it, and even miss it. The staff is very friendly, encouraging, accommodating, and I appreciated the ability to schedule sessions in the evenings after work hours. I saw good improvement with my time there. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my last several appointments due to needing to prioritize some things that I needed to divert my time and financial resources to. Luckily in my case, I felt I had made enough progress and learned enough to continue with my recovery on my own.

I’m so impressed with the entire staff at Peak! I actually feel like something was accomplished today and they made sure that I got what I went there for. Kept me safe from falls, I am super good at falls and felt so safe today. Thank you, I am excited about my future appointments!

Fantastic staff. They make you feel right at home while fixing you up. My family has used other physical therapy places in the past for various reasons but Peak Physical Therapy is, in my opinion, the best in town.

My wife visited Peak Physical Therapy recently, and unfortunately, I must express my dissatisfaction with their pricing practices. As a potential customer, I believe transparency is crucial when it comes to healthcare services, and regrettably, Peak Physical Therapy fell short in this aspect.

We inquired about the cost of their services, hoping to get a clear picture of what to expect. However, I was met with vague responses that did not offer any concrete information about their pricing structure. The receptionist seemed unsure and referred me to the billing department, which wasn't very helpful either.

Feeling a bit discouraged, I proceeded with the session, assuming that clarity on the pricing would be provided during the consultation. To my dismay, even the therapist I met with couldn't give me a straightforward answer about the expenses involved. They mentioned that it depends on the individual treatment plan, but couldn't give me any estimates or even a rough range of costs.

As a consumer, I value honesty and openness when it comes to financial matters. Not having a clear understanding of the expenses beforehand made me hesitant to commit to their services. It left me with the impression that Peak Physical Therapy might be trying to conceal their prices or possibly charge differently based on the customer.

I'm not speak for the quality of their services, I believe it's essential for any business, especially in the healthcare industry, to be transparent about their pricing. Potential customers like myself should have the right to know what they're getting into financially before making a commitment.
