I called Kevin in regards for a consultation for divorce. He was very personable and helpful. His schedule did not permit him to take on my case but he referred me to another attorney and called ahead to let them know that I would be calling. That is service.

After that, he was extremely communicative and knowledgeable of the process to come and the steps needed to get everything done and resolved. I've been dealing with them for 3 years now. Kevin Carlson has barely returned any of my phone calls, or emails. He does not keep you updated on your case, even after you repeatedly ask him to. I would not recommend Kevin based off of his pack of communication.
