Ordered a shed with just a phone call to Kenny! Kenny walked me through all the steps, discussed financing options but I ended up not needing them. Kenny also kept in touch throughout the entire process. They got me scheduled at the earliest time which worked out perfect. The installer was very friendly and professional. Did an outstanding job. This shed installed from Lowes is about $400-$500 more in price. Overall very happy with my purchase.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Tuff Shed. Starting with the design with Kenny. He walked us through options and was patient and helped us make the best decision for our needs. Communication was fantastic from Tuff Shed team and helped us prepare for our build. There was a slight miscommunication on the day of the build and Kenny jumped into action, took care of us and delivered the loft promptly so it could be installed! I have had my shed for just a few days, but the entire process was so easy and easy more affordable than I thought it would be. Brandon was so helpful, and patient, and kind. Everyone I encountered from sales to scheduling to installers were kind and helpful, and made me feel genuinely cared about. So happy I took a chance.

Kenny was there in every way from helping me to decide coordinating colors to match the colors on my fascia and roofing eaves on my house, and even an arial view of my roof to match what they offered to go on my shed. He coordinated every concern and building plan I wanted. A lot of time spent resulted in exactly what we wanted. The workmanship of the building process in house was flawless. The construction was superb from the patented metal base, and the heavy duty doors, to how everything came to the finish line. The installers, Cory and Cecil, a brother team, put all this together in a highly skilled result. Having a lot of building experience myself, I was impressed how they worked together to take care of what we wanted. I would recommend Tuff Sheds to anyone over the less than companies that’s on the market today.

Kenny was a fantastic person to visit with about our shed. I asked a lot of questions and he graciously answered every one, even the silly ones. Kenny was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He is an awesome salesperson! Tuff Sheds are so well built that they impressed my husband (and that is hard to do)!! We are looking forward to getting our Tuff Shed soon.

We highly recommend Tuff Shed. Since day one when I submitted a request to the installation date, they have been on top of everything! Great customer service! (Kenny, Stephanie, and the two gentlemen that installed). It was a bit more expensive than our other quotes, but totally worth it. You get what you pay for. We love our new shed. The entire process from initial request to installation was only smooth 2 weeks. I am so impressed and would recommend to anyone looking for a shed/storage space.

The ability to design a shed on the website was very helpful and gave me the opportunity to see the different styles and options available, as well as an idea of what was in my size and price range. Brandon Clark was very kind & professional while my father and I asked a lot of questions, were shown the build options up close and made several design changes to our shed. Though I’m sure we took up more time than he expected, Brandon was very patient and acted like he had nothing else to do but to serve us that day.

Of course, I had more questions about properly, preparing my property for the installation, and Susan answered every single one with grace.

On the schedule day, Manuel and Christian, a father-son installation team, showed up at my house, exactly on time. They were both very friendly and talkative, but focused on their work. I love my Tuff Shed. Not only is it going to be extremely helpful to me to have the extra storage and creative space, but has really upgraded the look of my property as a whole.

I had the pleasure of working with Don Hightower on my build. He was very professional when greeting us. I ask him about their products and he showed me around and explained the difference in the types of sheds they carry and that they was customizable to my needs. I ask for a few quotes to determine what size would work for me and to give me some time to make up my mind and he gave me that without pressuring me to hurry up and buy. I called him and we designed the perfect shed for me. He is a EXCELLENT SALESMAN!!! My shed was delivered as said and the works who came was friendly and worked well. Tuff Shed OKC is a great company and I would recommend them to anyone. I was in the market for a shed and wanted a little customization from the regular pre-built sheds out there in the OKC market. I met with Jim the Sales Consultant and he was able to walk me through the build process without any pressure or hassle. I appreciated the help and guidance provided by Jim and his team as well as the no hassle approach through the process. Once my shed was ready for build I was handed off to Duston and his team of installers. Duston arrived on a very cold and dreary day, but they worked hard through the elements and got my shed built same day. I am very happy so far with the build and I appreciated the great service provided!

My husband and I recently moved to the OKC area from Texas. We had a Tuff Shed in Texas and wanted the same at our new home in Yukon. We worked with George Rodriguez at the OKC location and he was very helpful with getting us exactly what we wanted. We were very pleased with the timeframe for delivery, but it rained the night before, so we were scheduled for the following week. Allen Lee called before he arrived and worked all day on doing an excellent job building, painting and roofing our Tuff Shed. He was so polite and made sure we knew exactly what he was doing and making sure where we wanted the shelves installed. We highly recommend Tuff Shed.
