Easton was amazing he went above and beyond to serve us he was very kind and has amazing customer service skills and even though they looked busy he had a big smile on his face and even made our German shepherd puppy very happy

These guys impressed me! I had just received a gift card for sonic for my birthday this last week. We'll go in to sonic we couldn't get It to work. Car hop couldn't either. Manager was prompt and was able to get us taken care of! I was honestly expecting to have to use a different payment! They took the time and care. And during a payment problem that's important! Get a 5 star for problem solving! Great job sonic

We showed up at 11:45 pm 4/30/22 before they closed at midnight and our carhop was so polite and apologized for the wait because they had to cook it fresh. No problem there! We didn't even wait over 10 minutes. I appreciate that they didn't treat us like we were a problem but like a good customer. Thank you!

There promptness w/ call-in orders is absolutely amazing! To bad not all restaurants are as fast w/ call-in orders. My order is hot, fresh, fast, & correct 99% of the time; &, on the rare chance the order is incorrect in any way, they replace it free of charge either right then or @ a later date if you've already left.

LOVE how they give my dog a “Pup Treat” made of ice cream!!

I came back. We ordered online and the order was delivered within a couple of minutes if our arrival although our carhop said that she was the only one there that day. Previous visits have been very slow but this visit was good.

My carhop"Codee" was so polite kind and appreciative of his tip.So much so that I called him back out to add to it.Don't know the kid or who raised him but fantastic job!!

Sonic is drive-in with the usual burgers tots and shakes plus a whole lot more. This location usually keeps good, quick staff who get your order out fast and correct in my experience. Great deals and specials offered regularly and all around good quick meal.

Sat at stall waiting for order to be taken.about 15 minutes. I finally had to call the restaurant and after 12 rings someone answered the phone.i explained to them we had pushed the button several times and no one answered.the person on the other end of the phone didnt seem to kind and was very annoyed I had called In to place my order. Which was a bag if ice. By the time they brought the ice out to the car it was already melting badly I asked if we could get a fresh bag that wasn't full of water. The cargo turned around walked off. We waited another 10 minutes for our ice and it was brought out to us so after 30 minutes just for bvb a bag of ice I should have just went else were .

Had a great experience. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly. It was happy hour and still received great service.
Been awhile since I had great service and good food at the Same time!! Keep up the good work..
