Bartlesville Tag Agency

I Drove 40 minutes here to avoid other tag agencies for obvious reasons. The parking lot was clean and full, I was lucky to grab a vacant spot bc this place was pretty busy. I walked in and immediately knew what to do because there are signs telling customers where they need to go. Even though 12 to 15 people where there I had no wait time, I walked up to the ID window was greeted politely even told me valuable Information for my situation. After the clerk signed me in I immediately went to the ID registration desk with the camera, the lady was extremely informative and polite and actually had a conversation while setting up my new Real ID. She was very thorough with the process. 15 to 20 minutes was my time there. They even have voice recording when you call with even more information. Very business oriented. Kudos to the owner, management and staff. Thank you!

For Oklahoma residents stationed out of state, this tag agency has been extremely accommodating and helpful. They are responsive and go out of their way to help military members take care of their car registration and tag renewal even when dealing with odd multi-state circumstances. The bureaucracy is unavoidable, but this tag agency has made it as simple as it can be.

I spoke to Jacqueline over the phone about updating my state ID, and I believe it was Kelly that helped me when I went in there. Everyone was very friendly, and the atmosphere in there feels a lot better than tag offices and other places where you're dealing with bureaucracy and red tape usually do. They seem to keep a very warm hospitable environment, and everyone in there seems like good people.

Great place, patient, easy to work with,and faster than you would believe. The people that rate 1 star are usually the ones that walk in with no idea why they are there or what they're doing, and expect the employees to figure it out for them. It's not their fault if you don't have the right paperwork or enough money to pay fines and fees. This business doesn't determine how much you owe, the state does.

I drove there today from 50 miles away where I live for a real DL ID. In the town live in you have to go to the tag office before they open and stand in line to get in and then when you get in they will make you an appt to come back for the real ID license. (if they have any appointments left)
I called the B'ville office before going there and they said it would only take a few minutes. They were right! Very efficient and courteous! Thank you for great service!

Despite walking in the door at 10am to a full line of individuals wanting to renew their titles, I was pleasantly surprised to see the 3 clerks clear the whole line, myself included, in less than 15 minutes!! Great experience...polite, professional, and prompt! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love using this office. I have been in twice in the last couple of months. I moved here to Oklahoma and Bartlesville from Texas and could not be more pleased with the service I received both times. Lisa assisted me on both occasions and what a kind and sweet person she is. She explained everything very well and pleasantly answered all my questions. My son & I had a wonderful experience at this agency today. After trying for a number of weeks to secure a REAL ID appointment at various tag agencies, it was recommended that I walk-in to this agency. I did just that and left 43 minutes later with my temporary REAL ID and was able to get my son's non-compliant ID renewed as well. The process was as efficient as it could be and this agency should be commended for their work relative to others in the general area. THEY WERE EVEN ANSWERING THE PHONE WHEN IT RANG!

Jamie, who runs the organizing of the licenses during this difficult time of the REAL ID fiasco and the lady who does the photos and licenses are both amazing. Both super friendly and outgoing. During this frustrating that, that is nice to see. I really appreciate the friendly tone and attitude. So thank you for being to friendly and upbeat.

I've had many transactions with the Bartlesville Tag Agency over the years and everyone there is always pleasant and helpful. If there's a long wait, you can tell they are working as fast as they can without sacrificing good service. Great job to all your staff.

Seriously could not be more pleased! I have never liked going to Tag offices, but the level of service and the kindness they showed while helping me was outstanding! They are first class and I need to give major props to Danielle for her understanding. I didn't know what I was doing, she did, enough said! Wonderful service. This is the only tag agency that is actually a pleasure to deal with. No long wait time, and friendly service.

They were great. The ladies in the office made it super easy to get my real ID. They also have a recording when you call that tells you exactly what you need to bring in.

Super friendly, clean, organized and helpful! Much better experience than what I am used to in a Tag Agency! Even as a walk in I was helped almost immediately and was in and out within about 20 minutes!

Except for one of the cameras being broken for a little while, things went very smoothly renewing our driver's licenses. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

These people are the best tag agency I've ever been to. Fast, competent and friendly. I renewed a license and updated my registration in under 10 minutes.

I had to get a new Oklahoma driver's license coming back from out of state. I got to the Bartlesville tag agency office just before closing time and the nice lady had me in and out in all of 5 minutes.

I've had to go there twice recently, once today and once a couple weeks ago. Really friendly and helpful staff both times

Never had to wait too long, quick, efficient, gets the job done as it should be. Clean new place helps with the experience also.
