If you wish to know more about Jesus Christ and have great fellowship, this is the place to be. This church has a motto “Building a Community of Devoted Christ Followers “ and believes in doing just that. We currently do not have a song leader but are actively looking for someone. We still have morning worship during this time.
One thing I really like about this church is that it preaches and teaches from the Bible. You learn what the Bible teaches and get a true understanding of it.

Friendly church. One if the best Sunday school teachers I've had in years. Felt very welcomed the first time I walked in the door. Preacher keeps your interest from beginning to end. Never boring for sure.

I visited this church in July 2023 and have a fairly negative view of it. Other than the "official greeter", not a single person spoke to us or even acknowledged our presence. Two brothers in the back row kept staring at us, because I think we were in THEIR seat. An older woman I will call "Karen" said hello to us and asked if we would fill out a visitor card. OK fine. But apparently she was standing right behind us the entire time waiting for us to give the card back. Finally she interrupted us in the middle of singing asking for the stupid card. I asked Karen if it was really important that I give this card to her in the middle of singing, and she said "yes, because she needed it". She was more worried about doing her job to collect the card than being rude to first time guests. News flash, Karen - I am not required to give you my personal info just because I attend your church one time. Truthfully I found this church to be lazy and uninspired and here's why. they had no hymnals, rather they sand contemporary radio songs which had the lyrics posted on a TV screen. Honestly there weren't many people singing, just a few during the chorus. there were no Bibles for guests to use either. All of the Bible verses that were part of the sermon were also posted on the TV. Back in the old days when people couldn't read, they had to trust what scholars told them the Bible said. But Christians today should be looking up verses in their own Bible. How else will they learn? Again, lazy. I did not notice this, but my husband said that the pastor never picked up his Bible during the service. What a horrible example to set for your flock! And really, where we are so blessed to live in a country where we are allowed to even own Bibles! The pastor gave a decent sermon, so he obviously knows the Bible and he spoke correctly about the Gospel. But I am unsure about his genuineness. In the sermon, he said that he would change the carpet to hot pink if it would get people to come to church, yet nobody from the church bothered to contact us after our initial visit. Seems like mixed messaging to me. And what about Karen and her quest to collect our card? Apparently the visitor cards don't actually mean anything. Finally, the pastor mentioned that he had previously been on drugs. Surprised me to hear that admission, but of course God can change people for the better. However, this admission did make me want to learn more about his background - trust but verify. On the church website, there was zero info about this paster. Truly all it said was "Hi my name is Wes". Has this guy actually been to seminary? Is he ordained? the complete lack of info about the pastor made me very uncomfortable. Of course I don't this pastor, because he didn't speak to us or acknowledge us either.
