One thing about Joel that caught my attention to him, was not only was he professional, but he kept it real. First time meeting him I was nervous because it was my 1st bankruptcy and he assured me to not worry and made sure I was on top on the things required. His website tell you exactly what’s needed and everything will go smooth from there! He’s only one man working with lots of people at the same time, so it’s important to keep communication on your end and make sure your on top of it too.

Joel Mitchell was my attorney for my bankruptcy this year. I gave him a listing of all the creditors I could remember, and he did the rest. Can not get him to contact me back what so ever. Have him as my custody case attorney and was going to use him for bankruptcy but with not contacting me back I looked for another bankruptcy attorney but still planned to keep him as my custody attorney but still can't get him yo contact me back biggest waste of $900 I ever spent in my life.

Nice guy but I don't feel like he fought for me at all. Didn't seem interested in actually helping get my daughter back. Also is horrible at returning phone calls

Very horrible at returning phone calls. Gets clients mixed up doesn't event know who he's talking to. Doesn't give all the necessary information to clients to help them with their case. Terrible lawyer wouldn't recommend to anyone
