The girls in the office are delightful to do business with. Debbie is a ray of sunshine! I look forward to paying my bill each month.

Best customer service of any water district in the state. That post yesterday under my name was done by a hacker 😀

I think the water smells like chlorine. I take a shower, do the dishes, and drink water. After I shower, it smells like a pool place. After I do the dishes, my hands snell like chlorine. Now I don’t like to drink the water. I’m having to buy water bottles and get water from work before I go home. Is this legal? This issue needs to be fixed.

After having a leak all winter they got it fixed. That’s great. They destroyed the yard then just leave it like this. I don’t get it. I understand it’s a Utility and they can do whatever they want. I just don’t understand why they do this. A load of dirt, A couple hours and a pallet of sod and my yard would’ve been back to good. Instead I have to deal with it. I’d be out of business if I ran it this way. This review is also probably a waste of time as it probably never gets read. We will see. If it does maybe I’ll change my review if they make it right.

Horrible customer service! Elderly mother got November bill on the 18th. Today, Dec. 3rd, got cutoff for November bill on Dec 5th bu 4pm. She paid her October bill with November's SS check and they turned her off anyway. Called to find out why, weren't given a reason, an apology nothing! Had a guy from my neighborhood come turn us back on. Now, another cut-off on a 2 week old bill. Unbelievable!!!!

Called today 1/16/19. Made my payment and it was successful. Called and spoke to Michelle to give her my confirmation number. She told me I didnt pay my whole balance. I still owed $25. For what?!? Supposedly, a water meter man came to my house to shut us off on Monday, but didn't shut us off, so now we have a $25 dollar "trip fee". I refused payment. Im not paying for something that is not on my bill, nor am I paying for a man to read my water meter. I asked to speak to someone other than Michelle because of her attitude, and I got Donna, who was even worse. She yelled at me and when I told her "ma'am you don't have to tell at me" she said "Im not, Im just talking so you can clearly HEAR me." Rude, obnoxious, money hungry. You can not just add charges on to peoples bills because you feel like it. If its not on my bill, and I haven't been disconnected, then I am not paying extra. That is illegal for you to run your business like that. Now we wait to speak to Rosemary, the office manager, tomorrow.

Has the work standards of a poorly funded red-headed stepchild government office. It’s almost scammy how easily service can be cut off with very little notice. Automatic bill pay cannot be set up online according to their site, therefore you must use a checking or savings draft. They have you fill out an insecure form and send it in. Having worked for a bank in IT this is incredibly insecure top to bottom. A credit card is far safer if they’re attacked or your payment details are stolen as cc companies actively search for fraud. To put it short, never trust a utility service to properly protect your bank account information.

Speaking of paying online the setup process is annoyingly finicky. We’ve only used service from them three years but have had to reset our online account at least three times because of system changes and updates. Which, are often done without notice.

This last month they did something and reset all online passwords during the busy Christmas season with no notice. I should have called right away, but silly me it slipped my mind through Christmas. They set up a disconnect issue a warning on my monthly statement that was paperless. For whatever reason they did not send the regular paperless statement (screwed up website again). Once the work order is committed it's $150 no exceptions.

Well we never got notice so they locked our meter and refuse to do anything until the following day. Their media says they won't unlock after 3:30 but recent experience says you'll be put on a wait list for the next day. Then... THEN. SOMEONE HAS TO HANG AROUND YOUR HOUSE WAITING FOR A DUDE TO HONK! No expectation of what time they'll be by, no doorbell, nothing. I'm half expecting for him to honk without stopping.

If you work normal hours and you mess up a single payment you’ll be without a shower and working toilets for a least a day if you miss the single mailer they mail to your house. Or the e-mail they don't send if you stupidly signed up for paperless.

This is absurdly miserly. My wife and I both have phones AND e-mail addresses on file with them. When I called to arrange the late payment I didn't even have to give these mooks my credit card info! They already had it on file (but remember no autopay). For a tenth of the cost of one stamp or mailer they could have called or e-mailed and we’d have had it fixed that day. I assume somehow we missed a snail mail notification? Honestly this is 2019!!! Send a message like any other service! Given the holidays it’s easily possible we were out of town whenever the notice came in and the person who came to check on the house had it mistaken for junk mail.

Even before this event there was a time or two I noted that the policy on disconnects was crude and scammy. Just overly picky and almost seems designed to encourage missed bills so they can charge a reconnect fee.

A distasteful example of a regional monopoly taking advantage of the fact that they don’t have to answer to anyone. The system can stay cheap and shoddy because there is no alternative.

The fees never end. They also use PSN (Payment Service Network) that charges you also to pay for their service. The women are nice up front except they are not and no one cares about you, your time, or your service.

Terrible made payment arrangements and they shut water off anyway. Don’t trust them. Said they could care less about COVID or anyone sick from it. Ripped me off for 165.00. Don’t pay them with credit card as you will be handing your information to fraudulent people. I gave my information to Maggie and she has changed me several times will not refund it. Must be a bunch of Democrats

Terrible customer service! We just sold our home and we were told we had to give a meter reading. The container is full of water and we cannot even see the meter to get them a reading. With not being able to get to the meter we have to pay for the water for the new owners until a reading can be taken. Very lazy for them as a business to require their customers to pay and do the work. Unfortunately if you live in thier district you have to use them so they have no desire to conduct business in a better way.

They gave our personal bill/info to someone else with all our personal info. A MAJOR security issue. I talked to the office manager and she had the audacity to say: “It is what it is.” Dont EVER trust these people with your personal info/card info. DEMAND that they show accountability for their backwoods way of doing business BEFORE you deal with them!! There is NO excuse for this whatsoever.

Water tasts horrible and i can't imagine it safe to be drank. Even my dogs have to have filtered water the ammonia levels and chlorine levels are so offputting. I mean seriously, raise the bill by 20... hell 40 dollars per household save us the trip of buying filters and provide us with better water quality...
