We went in to get new phones.
Which is never fun. Alyssa and Renee were very helpful in setting our phones up and answering all our questions.
We appreciated all they did.

You see on TV commercials new and existing customers iphone on us and when it comes down to it and you call let's get it. That's definitely not that case.

Jamie and Bill are very caring about their customers and always made sure we were well taken care of and all of our need were clearly met. They are very direct and honest with all your account questions. All in all a very great experience.

Went in to do my long overdue sprint to t-mobile sim swap. Fun group working in the store, we shared some laughs and got the business handled. Very friendly and positive experience. I'll definitely be back when it's time to upgrade!
