Very helpful group at Vick. I have had my car insurance with them since moving to this area 2 1/2 years ago. Bought a side by side and needed to insure it. With Vick being able to shop around for the best rate, they found me a GREAT deal on insuring both my car and side by side at a low rate. Everyone in the office is always helpful but Lisa is my "go to" for everything! Any questions, issues, updated insurance cards, changes- truly anything I need when I call or stop by is always taken care of quickly, professionally and happily. I stopped at Vick Insurance on the day they were giving away hamburgers. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I believe it was a sign to go back. I spoke with Mr. Vick regarding what was my insurance policies at the time and he was surprised at the high rates we were paying. I went back with my policies and they were able to give me same coverages at astronomical savings! They are a family owned business and here local. I would reccomend them to anyone looking for any type of insurance!

Setting up insurance for my new home was such an easy experience! They were able to set everything up through email and phone conversation. Never once had to make a visit in their office. Great service and fast! Called Agency on a Wednesday at 3:00 with my information. Got a call back Thursday morning at 11 with a quote. Within 30 minutes the insurance company emailed forms for electronic signature. Took 10 minutes to do and I printed my insurance card. So easy!
