Whataburger

Amazing burgers. Ordered them through the app. Doing so means you have to physically tell the staff that you're here so they know to start your order. Keep that in mind. Other than that, it gives you great options to customize your burger and is much easier for ordering. Definitely prefer app ordering, much simpler than trying to explain what you want on the burger and left off. Service is great here. Absolutely no complaints.

I work here so nothing but the best reviews from me. I have great managers I've made some friends here. Nothing more to say than I love my job 😌

It's one of the best locations I've been to. The staff went above and beyond. We came in with 6 people, and the cashier kept up with everyone's order and helped us figure out who was who's. The food was delicious, and the restrooms were clean. Perfect visit!

This whataburger is probably among one of the better ones I've been to. Having undergone a total remodel a few years back, it's one of the nicer, more modern, and cleaner ones, as well. The service is always great, the food is good, and management is always eager to more than make up for any mistakes or errors. Great location, right off the loop, and across from the high school. Easy in, easy out. They get a lot of business, but handle the orders pretty quickly, so don't let a long drive thru line deter you from stopping; it'll go pretty fast. All in all, I recommend stopping by, especially for breakfast!

I love going to this place on my opinion the burgers are amazingly good and most of the food is good too I mean it's whataburger (or waterburger if you call it that)it's always good

Jerry was exceptionally polite and professional. Always makes sure everything is correct before handing it out.

My family visited this Whataburger location in Palestine, Texas for lunch on 9/17/23. The young lady who took our drive-thru order was fantastic! She was friendly & thorough, repeated our order, didn't rush us, and made sure everything was correct before sending us around to the window to pay. I actually got to speak with her when she handed our order out to us, and she was as pleasant in person as she was over the headset! I wish I had gotten her name! Oh, and I forgot to mention that our order was not only correct, but it also tasted great!
My family and I ended up pulling around to the front and parking so we could use the restrooms before we got back on the road to Dallas. We commented on how clean the dining room AND the restrooms were!
The food was great, the employees were nice and HAPPY, and the restaurant was clean.

Went in w my family, ordered our food. The cashier was very polite and kind. Took less than 10 min, and we ordered 4 burgers, so that was great. My uncles regular burger (Buffalo Chicken Sandwich) was removed from the menu, but they were willing to McGyver a different kind of sandwich and gave him buffalo sauce to pour on top, essentially going out of their way just to get him his regular. 10/10, couldn't have been better

We dined in. The place was busy which is normal for this place. I give my compliments to the manager running the shift. She was everywhere and had her hands full obviously training new front counter people. But the place was clean and food was good. No complaints.

Food was good and the wait was very little even though they seemed to be packed like always

The drive-through people were polite, quick, and kind. Really appreciate the extra effort they make to make the drive-through pleasant.

Long line scared us but it was super quick!!! Didn’t wait long at all!

I used a survey and got my #1 free. Our burgers were just as we expected. The young lady that took our order was very courteous. Other employees were busy staying busy. This is one of the biggest WB's around and very well taken care of. We really like the RV/boat parking area. I can easily monurver my motorhome & toad.

Update 11/2022 - still good food and friendly staff. The Sausage Biscuit is good, try the cinnamon rolls. They are delicious.

Tried the Breakfast Bowl today with bacon instead of sausage. It was good, but a bit much.

Staff is always friendly at this location.

My granddaughter and I went thru the drive thru today in which we always dine inside, so this was our first drive thru experience there. I didnt know what window to use so we went to the pick up window, I explained i was confused what window to pay in and apologized they were very kind and said no worries, gave us our meal and said have a great weekend. AMAZING WORKERS AND VERY KIND.

Whataburger is whataburger...we ate breakfast here. It was good.

Fast service and good food, especially the banana pudding milkshake! By the time you get home the fries and burger do get a bit soggy but they still taste really good and are super filling. Overall good place to grab a quick bite!
