overall pretty good grocer, and anything that isn't cooked or meant to eat straight from the microwave isn't taxed and prices are usually solid numbers so very little math in your head.

Brookshire Brothers in Jacksonville is my grocery haven! It's got everything you need under one roof. The staff is super friendly, and the store is well-organized. From fresh produce to local goodies, they've got the goods. And their deals? Unbeatable! A definite must-visit for all your shopping needs

Yolanda's food is great!! Cowboy's got a trike. If you get there late.. there's chicken fried by Mike. Rick is drinkin' coffee. R.B.'s talkin' loud. David's nodding slightly yet hardly makes a sound. Kenneth's on a mission. Walter's on the floor. A little lady's playfulness put him there before. For a lovely time just go there and watch them entertain. These are my deli buddies just simple pure and plain.

I'm so proud and happy to be one of their many Brand Ambassadors! I sampled out Troy Aikman's new craft beer last weekend, and it's really good! A Lager with only 2.6 grams of carbs, 90 calories and brewed with all organic grains! "Eight" gets⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me! 😉

For years this was the only store I purchased groceries from but their customer service declined so I shop elsewhere. However I did try their pharmacy and the staff was great!

Just stopped by for salad fixings. Found really nice fresh produce and the exact salad dressing I needed. Always a pleasure to shop there.

The items I was needing this week were on sale. The shelves were full so had no issues with purchasing any of the sale items. This is not a fancy store...it's a family store and has a family atmosphere. We have known one of the cashiers for several years and always get a huge hug. That's the kind of store this is.

Brookshire Brothers has one of the best meat show cases in town! You've got to see it! The prices are economical and it's a great One-Stop for pretty much all of the stuff that people need everyday and I'm glad it's there! They're doing something right because they've been there I think pretty much all of my life and I'm 58. Great job Brookshire Brothers and I'll be visiting you again soon!

The morning staff is super friendly and still give you that feeling of small town family. Everyone knows your name.

Great place to shop because of the hometown, early 20th century, everybody knows your name place. Nothing like the other grocers when it comes to the people employed by Brookshire Brothers. Make it your next stop and you will not be disappointed.

This store Jacksonville has the best customer service. Really good prices and always a smile. I walked in and ordered a 55 piece chicken and mashed potatoes for 25 people and they smiled and said no problem. What great folks!s

They have a really good meat department, and they always have a wide variety of fresh bread and produce. Plus the store is always very clean. Add to that the friendly employees, and you have a store worthy of five stars.

Has all the east Texas regulars- super sweet foods/bevs. Limited selections of several items. You won't find west coast regular items here, but that's the norm for the region 🤷‍♀. Still has most of the basics. Very friendly, helpful & clean.

This store is kept very clean. They have fresh vegetables and a deli.i often find sale items

Always has what I need and more. Overall the cost is fair however there are a few things that border outrageous when it comes to pricing. But you can usually count on them having a good deal somewhere.

Thank ya'll for doing Thanksgiving dinners and taking my order at the last minute, it allowed my dad to have a wonderful Thanksgiving with my first born and his first grandchild, it was beautiful. And that sweet potato casserole was to diiiie fooor 😍😍😍 I loved it and the mac and cheese yummmieeeee!

They could not keep enough peach cobbler out back in the eighties and the same thing is still true for 2019! You would think they could put twice as much out there on Sundays... lol... they already know we're coming. Perhaps I will not have to drive 150 miles again and be disappointed because everyone got there before me.

Brookshire Brothers is my go to store. They have great produce and meats. I don't feel like I lose out by paying too much for some items due to their customer loyalty program "Celebrate" and digital coupons.
