My experience with CRT Flooring was top notch! The way the staff consistently answers the phone sets such a positive tone for the conversation - and I noticed that it happened EVERY TIME I called. During our interactions, I felt valued as a customer and that my project was important to the company. Elisa worked with me on a specialized space, doing research and answering my questions along the way. Instead of hearing "no," Elisa worked toward solutions for our project. CRT does it right!

We did quite a bit of research when planning to redo the floors in our newly purchased home. We selected CRT Flooring Concepts for a few reasons. 1) Their lifetime installation warranty commitment made us feel confident that they were going to stand behind their work and that our investment was protected. 2) Working with Lorraine in the Corpus Christi office was a pleasure. She patiently explained the differences between the floor options and helped us make a decision on which floor we landed on. 3) The 35-month interest-free option was another great reason to choose CRT. Overall we felt that CRT Flooring Concepts was the best option.

After our experience with another flooring provider being less than ideal, my wife and I dampened our expectations after tracking down the original flooring contractor for our house through our realtor. We have been more than impressed with CRT, helping us track down tiling to match existing flooring and definitely putting in extra effort to help ease our fears created from the previous provider. Higher quality at a more affordable price point, highly recommend, and Elisa is amazing to work with.

Everyone I worked with at CRT to get carpet installed in my home was a pleasure to work with especially our sales young lady, Lorraine. Very hardworking, communicative and willing to help in the process from start to finish. Materials pricing was also very reasonable for in stock products. I would recommend working with them for your flooring needs.

CRT did an outstanding job. Replacing my carpet. I was in a pinch because of getting the house show ready for sale. CRT came in and changed out three rooms, doing a great job replacing carpet and keeping us posted during the whole process. Job well done, recommend CRT 100%

I went to SEVERAL carpet places in Corpus and could not find any customer service. It was awful. But walking into CRT was great. Jennifer jumped up and greeted us and then continued helping us decide on the carpet we wanted. She also showed up on time to our measuring appointment and was great at communicating with us about any changes in scheduling. I will recommend CRT to any of my friends that ask about flooring. The install went well also. We are very pleased!

From start to finish CRT Flooring Concepts is a very good company, Jennifer was our salesperson that handled our purchase contract process and saw the project through to the end. I will be having CRT do other projects in my home in the future. They give 15% military discount on entire project, which is better than most in the industry! We are very happy with our finished project. Installers were great! Thanks CRT!

These guys are excellent!! My wife and I were out of town so it made things a bit more difficult. Lorraine helped us every step of the way and made us feel extremely confident and comfortable. She went above and beyond!!

Loved the design studio. Shelly was awesome in helping us to define our style, then making appropriate selections that were reasonable compared to our budget, but also beautiful. The selections were wide, and we were able to design the whole house to make our custom home a dream come true.

Paige was our account representative at CRT Flooring in Corpus Christi. She was professional, friendly, and responsive throughout the entire process of installing new tile in our condominium located in Port Aransas. My wife and I could not be present during any of this work and we relied entirely on Paige to be our eyes and ears while ordering our product, scheduling our installation in a timely manner, and also working within the contractor requirements established by the management of our condo association. Excellent service. Wide selection. Installation was fast and professional. Great follow-up. In addition to installing stair carpet, were above to repair a tile that had fallen off and broken. Tile and grout matched perfectly. Will definitely recommend.
