I am handicap and walk slowly.
The clerk who helped me with my package and also my money order was extremely helpful.
Idk if I will go back, as it is a large ice and hard for me to walk
But,,I am pleased with that post office

I know there are many mixed reviews on this location, however, I luckily have not had a bad experience here after a year of being a frequent patron. All the staff are friendly and pleasant to interact with. I ship out packages fairly often and have never had anything come up as lost or damaged. The same goes for delivery to shipments my apartment. Everything always arrives promptly and in good shape.

I always receive excellent service at this post office!

The people that work the counter are awesome!
For all the people that go here to mail stuff... bring your own pen, learn how to address your package and realize that the time you spend in the line is not as long as you make it out to be.
Stop being so rude to the staff. They all rock. You may think they seem surly, but I promise you they are just efficient. There is nothing they can't answer quickly.

Hardly no line as I went mid-morning. The gentlemen who waited on me was polite and professional. I've used this Post Office on and off for 33 years and they have first rate service and it's kept clean. It's also nice and roomy.

They were very busy but took the time to be courteous to my 5 year old son. I appreciated it.

The staff is always friendly, courteous, and helpful.

*PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT*

The United States Postal Service isn't a corporation. It does not operate with the intention of being subservient to the public at large such that "I want to speak to your manager" holds any real meaning. They deliver tens of thousands of letters and packages every day, no matter the weather. Is your experience with them subpar? Pay for a private courier. This is a CENTURIES old government institution. Get over yourselves Nacogdoches.

I think the other reviewers are tripping, I had a nice experience even though the place was completely packed. Good employees who were just doing their jobs.

Very helpful people working here. If there's a long line it doesn't take but a few minutes to get through.
