Absolutely the worst place anyone would ever want to go to or like. The”permanent residents” are the rudest group of people. I have ever dealt with. I am 75 yrs young, and this group of old farts can’t get their depends on straight. Folks who run the rv park are good and helpful people. It is run separately than the permanent residents. Although not a perfect rv pad, my stay was great with the exception of the rude, overbearing permanent residents with homes being run down and yards looking like hillbillies are living there.
