Bar-B-Que Chef's Smokehouse

This might be one of our new favorite stops! The food is delish, the owners are sweet and come out and talk to patrons when it's calm enough and the seating area is my favorite. Lights string around picnic tables for when it gets darker and a little area for kids to play when they get restless. We probably spent an extra hour here just for the ambience.

What a wonderful place to happen upon today! We had the sausage & brisket, both were delicious! The jalapeño corn is outstanding. The owners are a delight & great to chat with. If you’re in town, do yourself a favor & come grab a plate. You won’t regret it!

Amazing food. I had the brisket sandwich and it was so tender. There was alot of meat on it and great places. Great customer service just friendly people. Came out of town for this and I will be back. Next time im wearing stretchy pants. Lol

Outstanding brisket! The mustard sauce is pretty amazing as well. One other must try is the jalapeño cream corn.

The brisket, sausage and pulled pork were absolutely top notch. The macaroni and cheese was good, the potato salad was tasty, and the coleslaw was just a touch too sweet for my taste, but still delicious. The little sample of jalapeño creamed corn they gave me to try was FANTASTIC, and that's saying something since I don't typically like creamed corn. Add all this to the fact that the portions are extremely generous, and this is certainly a great place to get some Texas barbecue.

While vacationing in the area we rode by this place the week before and it had a solid line mid-day Sunday. The following Sunday made it back and wow, so happy we did. Met Robert the owner after the rush. Nice guy, he made us a great plate of just about all the meats, even a taster of the fried baloney.

Spicy jalapeño sausage was my favorite and my wife loved the brisket with sauce. Texas beans, red potato salad, mac & cheese shells, this guy IS a chef!

Nice big tree to sit under, playground for the kids, was a great outdoor country style BBQ Sunday afternoon.

Ok, not much on atmosphere but the food is very good and prices are a bargain. We tried ribs, brisket, and pulled pork. All were good but the brisket was my favorite. Moist yet not too fatty. Green beans are a must.

Easily the best turkey I’ve ever had in my life, so juicy and delicious. Brisket was mind blowing as well and absolutely dunked on every other bbq I’ve ever had. BBQ is 90% of what i eat and this was the greatest place I’ve ever found. Cannot wait to go back. So grateful God led me to this place…..

Top notch BBQ and awesome people! We got two meat plate, trash can plate and banana pudding. NOTHING disappointing. Will definitely visit again. I've gotta try that fried bologna!

Excellent BBQ! Friendly folks! Had brisket, ribs, jalapeno sausage, and bologna. All amazing! jalapeno cream corn and potato salad were also excellent. Will definitely be coming back!

Perfect place for home style BBQ meat. Ribs and brisket was good. At this place don’t sale beer but you can take your own. Service and atmosphere was nice too )

best bbq for at least 100 miles. the beans are dynamite. the ribs are awesome, but there's just something about that smoked bologna... I tell ya right now I don't even like bologna, but one sample and I bought a half pound. will definitely be back again and again.

Been eating here for awhile now and this is easily the best BBQ you can get. Every item on the menu is amazing and the service is great. Check them out, if you haven’t.

We came out to visit at Whitney Lake Park and we’re trying to find a good barbecue place. Saying good about this place is a complete understatement. My whole family absolutely loved eating here! Excellent food. The briskets, the ribs and the chicken are exquisite. They have home made Pecan Pie. So delicious! Love everything.
