What a great lil gem on the square. Ambiance for days. Good food. I think my egg whites on my fried eggs were whisked a bit. Nice touch! Murals inside are amazing too. Definitely recommend.

We came here for a family breakfast. There was a wait to get seated, but that is to be expected on a Saturday morning. The place was very crowded, but the staff were attentive and we never had to worry about refills. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and the food was delicious.

Y'all.. hands down our new favorite brunch spot. I got the country fried chicken on pancakes, it was delicious! I don't know what they do to their pancakes, but they melt in your mouth. Ask for a side of gravy to add to your chicken and pancakes + syrup 🤌 Service matched the food.

The food here is so good!! I have a little book I bought that has favorite cafes to eat around Texas and this place is listed. They serve breakfast until they close at 2 pm. We got there about 11 am on a Saturday. We had a wait of about 15 minutes. We both chose breakfast food since we hadn't ate yet that day. They serve big portions at a reasonable price. The ambiance of the place is also great! There are 2 ceiling fans that are attached by a pulley motor on the light between them which is really cool. They are on both sides of the room.

I had the chorizo burrito and it was amazing. The biscuits and gravy are awesome! My wife got the pancakes and thought they were too sweet, they were my style so I finished them for her. I enjoyed everything.

I had a hamburger and fries, while the others had breakfast items. The eggs were cooked well, and the dinner plate sized pancake were impressive. The Hamburger and fries were delicious.

Food is always delicious and the service is great every time! Gets pretty busy on weekends so be ready for a small wait but you will not be disappointed one bit. Alexis always takes care of my wife and I when we go but overall the entire staff is super friendly and helpful!

Large portions, small price. They only do breakfast and lunch. It is very good home cooking meals. The staff has always been very nice and prompt.

Delicious homemade breakfast. Portions run big, especially the pancakes! 😳 Waitstaff was excellent and kept the coffee coming. Don't forget the homemade pies. 😋🥧

Verde omelette was awesome and the pancakes were amazing. The chicken fried steak/chicken will be next on my hit list.

So very awesome!! Great breakfast, excellent service. They were very accommodating with my requests like onion with the hash browns and extra crispy bacon. Been here twice; consistent service and quality. All of us really enjoyed our food. **AND*** the coffee is wonderful. Many diners have what I consider to be gross coffee, burnt and old. Not this one!!

Such a cute historic place! Built in the 1900s. Got a big country bowl of oats. Service is great, mom and pop local. Definitely make a stop here

G is an amazing server that has a smile that will brighten your day. Mary and the rest all pitch in to make your dining experience excellent. Couple the friendly service with the over-the-top amazing food and you have a place you will crave! We had the Buffalo Blue Balls, Monte Cristo, Chicken fried steak, and salads. Every bite was delectable.
