McDonald's

Actually a pretty good Mcdonalds location -- service was real fast, the staff was friendly and helpful, and, the french fries were about as perfect as I've ever had. This may be "middle of nowhere" but -- it's rather good actually. Recommended.

Went through the drive thru and it was really fast, easy to order, and the employees was really nice. The food was hot and good. Will come back. Follow me for more reviews!!!!!!!!!

Food was cold even the meat wasn't warm. Fries were cooled off and when I pointed out that I wanted a larger drink. Person in charge acted angry. I would have paid the difference. I was not satisfied all around. Disappointment.

That morning of the 24th we stopped in on the way to Beaumont and went through the drive-through and they were fast and efficient. They made the best sausage biscuit that I've had in a long while. The sausage was not greasy it was perfectly cooked and the whole thing was perfectly toasted I mean to wear it just tasted amazing.

My McRib was Delicious and I got Fresh Hot Fries.

They were fast, polite and when I forgot to order a water at the speaker, they said that it was no problem adding it while at the window. Great service!! The food was good too.

We come here a lot lately and Ian is always so friendly and helpful. I would expect to see him working at Chick Fil A, he's always courteous and has a great personality. Thanks Ian for always going above and beyond what is expected! As soon as we walk in, he gets our drinks ready and always has a smile on his face. Our order is always right and the food is fresh. Great management as well.

The food was perfect! Everything was hot, fresh, and tasty. They were busy and then we showed up with 10 people, it was impressive. More than we usually get with a large group

Great Mac

I liked employees but BEWARE, check your fries. They give cold French fries with hot sandwiches. Check your bag before you leave. I hit highway and was so angry, I had to throw them away, inedible. Next time a couple weeks later, went inside, same cold fries. Had to wait for them to cook fresh French fries. Now you have a cold sandwich..Never went to a McDonald's and had this issue until now..
Hint: People want "hot fries with hot food" That is what we are paying for..

This is the 1/2 way point for us between Kingwood & Lamar University, where a couple of our older kids go to school. Whenever we've stopped, we have found this McDonald's clean, the service fast, and the food fresh & hot.

I stop at this McDonald's on the way to Houston or Beaumont. This place is very well run. Got to be the cheapest senior soft drinks anywhere, less than 40 cents.

This is one of the very few McDonald's that offers steak on a bagel for breakfast, as well as bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. I believe it is also offered on a Mcmuffin bun. It's delicious!

I just want to give a shoutout to the McDonalds. My family and I were there today and the nicest employee was so helpful and just know nice!his named is kevin and he gave the best customer service at a McDonalds that I've ever seen. He was so polite when he took our order and later he came to our table to see if there was anything we needed. He has the best attitude and should be rewarded.

The store is always clean and food is always hot and great. The employees are all happy to help in any way. Keep up the good job

they gave a wrong item but we went back through and they were courteous and gave the correct item and free fries

I'm not sure who was serving us but his attitude is amazing even after dealing with a lady who was yelling at him for no reason. People seem to forget employees have feelings too
