Riley's Rv Repair and Mobile Service

We were glad to have discovered Riley's Mobile RV Service in Whitney, TX last week when our RV refrigerator went out. Their service was fast, efficient, and priced fairly. Shane, Daniel, and Donna all helped us out, determining the problem, suggesting best steps for fixing it, providing excellent service, and carving out time in their busy schedule to handle our RV issue while we were still in town. Thank you very much!

Service is excellent. Instructed and walked me thru my fridge problems on the phone. And got my refrigerator working. Being an elderly lady on a fixed income Sean’s help saved me a lot of money. I was so stressed but he had a calming demeanor. Problem solved. Im so grateful for Riley’s RV Repair and Shane. In editing this review I should add the a couple of days after speaking with Shane (Riley’s) he called me to inquire if I was doing alright and if my refrigerator was working properly. I’m my 89 years I have never experienced a repair company calling me with such a concerned inquiry!!! This company will be on my “speed dial) from now on. It’s wonderful to find a company that can be trusted to give competent advice and service. Thank you Shane and Riley’s.

Shane and his team were so helpful! We get to the trailer on Friday night and the freezer was full of water with no power. We were able to set up an appointment for Monday and everything is fixed. They were so friendly and helpful. He even tried to help us out on the phone to avoid a service call. I wish all business people were so helpful. I will definitely call him again.

Shane and Donna are truly unique. They tried fixing my trouble before they even came out! They'll be here soon. I'm so excited and impressed, and I haven't even met them yet.

They were very responsive and on time. Anything they said they were going to do they did it and there was no issues. One of the legs on the leveling system on my 5th wheel had to be replaced. I’ve done many repairs on my rv myself but this one was a bit much for me. So I called Riley’s and in no time they had me back on the road. I appreciate the honest and quick service. Highly recommend them.

This company is amazing. We called them at 8 pm one night and they were at our RV door step the next morning bright and early. Their prices are great and they are very knowledgeable.

Called bc rv ac froze up while camping at lake Whitney this past week. He walked me through what to try instead of just charging me a service fee. And it worked! Would highly recommend Riley's & would definitely use them in the future

I'm currently camping at Lofers Bend on Lake Whitney during extreme heat, and my refrigerator wasn't cooling. I called Riley's RV Repair and spoke to Shane yesterday evening. He told me to switch it to propane and see how it does overnight before incurring the expense of mobile repair. It's working much better this morning!
As a single lady who camps all over Central Texas, it's super important to me to have local RV repair I can trust. Riley's RV Repair is going on my list for sure!

One of the A/C units had been out for two days. I gave them a call late in the afternoon and they came out next day in the morning. Gave me a break in the total amount it was a simple fix and took it to consideration. Great friendly people

I live south of Whitney and had a problem with on my slideouts. I called these guys and they fit me into their schedule and came out to my place to get me taken care of. Very professional and helpful in teaching me about this brand of slideout I have on my Montana. I won't use anyone for RV Repairs. I do want to mention that the rv dealer in Cleburne told me they could fit me in sometime in December...guess what...I choose to support local businesses that actually care about helping their customers out. Thanks Shane I greatly appreciate it.

Awesome service, very prompt. Shane arrived at campsite within an hour after I called. Had A.C./heater and commode repair. Highly recommend Shane for your travel trailer problems when you're around Lake Whitney in Texas. Saved us from putting in shop for 2 or 3 months. Thanks Shane and assistant Donna. Outstanding mobile Rv repair service. I highly recommend them to everyone. We had power issues in our RV. They came out within hours and had us back up and running. Thank you Riley’s Rv.

Shane was out to look at the RV a/c the same day I called. He was very easy to talk with and didn’t try and push any other services on me other than what he was there to do, which was to get the a/c running, and he did. I did ask about a couple of other different things and he will be back to repair them as soon as the parts come in.

Called Rileys and they called back quickly. We were going to be in Whitney only for 3 days. He came the next day. Followed through which is amazing. Donna called back to advise when they would be there. Amazing service all around!

Shane and his crew did a great job helping me with the control panel problem, I now can operate the slides, lights,water and check the tank levels.

Shane was truly the best RV repair guy we’ve ever experienced! We have traveled the country and we have been flaked on by so many repair people from Florida to Texas, but when it came to Donna & Shane they were so professional and ready to help! Shane came over and helped us fix our A/C, our landing gear and stabilizers in the near. He was so kind and understanding and fixed our a/c quickly and efficiently!
Sometimes, repair guys aren’t always the nicest to be around, but they get the job done…. Well not Shane he was absolutely the best of both!
Whenever I’m in Whitney, Texas or nearby, I know I’m calling the dynamite duo of Shane & Donna at Riley’s RV repair for any repairs we might need!

Outstanding Job!

Got out to campsite and toilet valve was spraying water. 830 at night. Gave them a call, they had the valve in stock came out and replaced it same night. Saved the day for sure. Great friendly folks. Won’t sell you something you don’t need. Highly recommend them.

Shane is great. Even though he was busy, he came out the next day to help me with a water leak. Kind, hard working and quality work. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area.

I called late on a Saturday afternoon regarding a heater problem, and Shane showed up on a Sunday to help me out. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was professional and polite as could be. I will be sure to tell anyone I know that needs a quick, fair and professional response, to call Shane 1st. Hard to find folks like these anymore!
