Planet Ford Spring was amazing and very informative. They helped me understand my vehicle and explored many options. SAL & MARIO was very knowledgeable and honest with me. My son and I had a great experience at Planet Ford. We started at Tomball Ford, but we felt very pushed around, and Tomballs employees were like attack dogs. They were extremely aggressive, and I had to ask for my keys back 3x before I had to get stern with them when I politely asked for my keys a 4th time. Tomball Ford was also running a promotion that lewered us in the door only for it to be an absolute bait and switch tactic. When we showed up at Planet, we were on edge, but they quickly put us at ease. We were shown over a dozen trucks, and test drove 3 of them before my son decided on the truck that was going to best suit him and his needs. Planet Ford delivered from the very beginning to the final handshake when we left the finance office. Planet made it easy for us, and we will most definitely be back. No haggle or rip-offs were had. We got a good, fair, and honest deal, and that's all we could have asked for. Thank you.

On Saturday, March 9, 2024, I went to Quiklane (Planet Ford) to have the brakes replaced on my wife's vehicle. Fully expecting to pay close to $500 with new rotors and pads. Within the hour I received a phone call from Jonathan who told me the brakes were fine and did not need to be replaced at this time. Picked up the vehicle at no charge.

The integrity shown by Jonathan, the service tech and Planet Ford seems to be very rare these days and it the reason I will be a continuing customer of Planet Ford. These brakes will eventually go out and when they do I will call Jonathan and set the appointment. All we as consumers ask for is honesty and I believe I received that from Jonathan and Planet Ford

If you’re looking for a new car I recommend you go see Avery. He helped us as soon we stepped out of our car, immediately took us to some cars the he recommended, and honestly did great with his picks. He didn’t waste our time by filling out a bunch of paperwork before taking us to look at cars, and was honest about any questions we had.

Our experience with Planet Ford was easy from start to finish. Reached out Thursday night to inquire about some vehicles that weren’t added to the dealer site yet. Raymond was very easy to work with, and we were in and out quickly with a brand new 2024. Definitely recommend this dealership. If you’re a veteran go see Raymond, but I guarantee anyone else will treat you just as good!

I needed some touch up paint for mine and my wife’s Taurus’ and wanted to use my FordPass rewards points and both the parts counter and Tina Smith ( Service Cashier) made it a quick and easy experience. Tina had a great sense of humor and was able to streamline the checkout process. Excellent environment!!

Service was great! Fast and efficient. The technician came out to my house and did everything while my car was parked on the curb. He even looked over my vehicle for anything that I might want to address at the dealership. It was a sound and easy way to get an oil change without having to leave home. I'm very glad Planet Ford is offering this service

Went to Planet Ford this past Saturday to Purchase a Mustang. I had a great experience Jason, showed me the different mustang options and features he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also Adrian, in the finance department helped me to get a fair deal and went over all the paperwork with me to make sure I understood the warranty and coverage. All in all it was a good experience. Both Jason and Adrian, had great customer service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I love the idea of Mobile Oil Changes at home! The Tech called a few minutes before he was to arrive. He got there on time, He was done within an hour. He filled the tires with air and topped off all the liquids. He did a great job, he was quick efficient and had great customer service. Way to go Planet Ford!
