Taco Bell

The employee working drive through was new I think, so I cut her slack. She was trying. She was young & didn't have a clue how to count back change and giving her a penny so I didn't GET any threw her. She gave me extra pennies back so I asked if she could just take them & give me a nickel. This was done in a calm & kind tone, but she was confused & called her manager over. THE MANAGER was a piece of work. She told me to just take the pennies. I said I'd prefer not since I have a small coin purse & wanted less coins. Then she turns around and says "can someone get me a fricking nickel?" So I just went on to the parking lot to ear my lunch. LAST time they get any of my pennies!! Customer service is NOT a part of their package!!! Taco Bell on Kemp across from Chicken Express is off our list.

Food inside great not the best drive thru communication due to equipment not cashier

This was actually one of the best tacos bells ice ever been to. At first i thought i was going to be upset because they took a really long time. BUT my grilled cheese burrito was so good i didnt care anymore. Its the first TB in a long time that i was actually happy with their food. It was like the 90s all over again. Good job

When choosing a taco bell, to dine from, in Wichita Falls...the Kemp st Taco Bell is BY FAR, the very BEST Taco Bell, in town, probably the best in all of Texas and Oklahoma. Its ALWAYS clean! The employees are ALWAYS professional, friendly, caring and patient, ( especially with us old folks). The food is ALWAYS made fresh and they've never said, to us, they are out of ANY ingredients used in their menu options, like cheese sauce, for instance. Their sodas are refreshing and never flat. The lemonade is great and not watered down.
They're doing everything right! Thank you, for always being so reliable and taking such great pride in your work and how you take such wonderful kind care of your customers!

Ok Ariana (manager), Drew and Avery what a perfect match. You guys did an absolutely Great job today. I am a bell customer and go to this location all the time. Normally my food is really just put together and the taste is covered with hot sauce because it's covering something I don't like. Today when I got home my food didn't fall out of the rapping and onto my clothes so hands down to presentation. The flavors were sooooo good and rich, even the color of the food looked brighter. I didn't add one packet of hot sauce. So my final thought and it's a lasting one. Thanks to you guys For working together and providing Amazingly great food

Fast and friendly service. Food was great. I wish they were able to update at least the tables. They were pretty bad. People had destroyed them over the years drawing and carving on them. Maybe this post will help. Other than that everything was perfect

Very clean. Great service. Barrier at register and fresh gloves every time leaving register. I liked that. I tried the Naked Chicken Chalupa. Really good. I hope you get the chance to try one there also. This from the author of "The Reckoning of Rance."

That being said what really stood out was the service. The staff were engaging, polite, and they joked with me and made me feel welcome. Will definitely return. Big thumbs up guys!keep up the good work!

I can't say enough about how awesome the employees are at this location. They are incredibly accommodating, and just great all around. A few of them are pretty hilarious, too. We ate here twice at the Kemp location during our stay because of how awesome they were. If I'm ever in the area again, I would go back. 😂

Used the drive thru & had the BEST service I've ever received at any fast food! The woman who took our order was professional, friendly & well spoken. You could actually understand her when she verified our order.

I love Taco Bell and this particular branch is my favorite in town. My only real complaint, and it isn't much, is that they don't have a changing station in either bathroom. Other than that, it's great. Even if you only have a few dollars, you can get some good food to fill you up.

Had a mobile order after the gym and a very nice woman gave me my order and complimented my car. Very nice, give her a raise ! I cannot remember her name though sadly.

Wow...these guys honor us Seniors with free drinks. (No strings attached - do not have to buy anything either) $1.00 menu offers are good. $5.00 boxes offer many choices and includes med drink of choice.

We came here after having rude service at a different drive thru food chain and it didn’t disappoint. The lady here offered things to help with the missing items they were out of. She was very polite and fast! Definitely recommend this location!

The food is good but my husband ordered a beef and cheese burrito with is not on the menu for some reason. They charged him for 2 bean burritos 2.58 no beans and 1.20 for beef and another 1.20 for extra beef. It's kind of strange.

Fast friendly service

I'm Vegan & there are several options here. My favorite is the 7 layer burrito, add potatoes, no cheese or sour cream. I don't like the guac so I don't get that on it either. I've also ordered their cinnamon twists. My boyfriend is Vegetarian & he tried a taco with beans instead of beaf. He said it was alright.
