The place is amazing. Clean with the best hostess ever! Hot showers clean restrooms. Quite Park with plenty of Space for me.

We love this RV park. Everything is very well maintained. The managers are really nice and live on sight. The RV spots are a great size with concrete patios and the restrooms/showers are very clean. The laundry room is nice and you can use quarters or a credit card to do laundry, makes things so much easier. They also have a pool, it’s very clean and is such a great way to relax after a long day.

We booked this because we needed a one night stop-over to break-up a long trip across Texas. The park is primarily used by long-term campers or work campers. Most people were gone for the weekend so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The entire property is clean and well maintained. The managers live on property and were extremely helpful and very pleasant. They selected a site for us so that our front door would be away from the sun, so that we could get a little break from the heat and high temps. We ran into them at the pool and had some great conversations. They even came by for a few beers later that evening and brought us some farm fresh eggs from their four chickens! If you want to feel like you are part of a family....this is the place for you.

Used the nice park for one night while traveling thru to Ft Worth. Clean restrooms and showers are awesome, laundry room clean and spacious. Didn't use the pool but it was clean and well maintained as the whole park was. Sand spurs were plentyful, park gets 5 stars. Will stay again.

Giving it a 5 because the owner was so nice. This is right off the highway with absolutely nothing nearby. It was great to just take a day off and rest. Used the laundry room and it was very clean. The pad are gravel and used mostly by workers in the area it seems. Kandis gave me my choice of spots. Oh, the water pressure was awesome!

Right off the freeway, super convenient location. Check their website for directions because your navigation may have you exit another off ramp. Everything was super clean - laundry room, pool area, bathrooms, campsites. Plenty of washers and dryers that can take a credit card or coins. The camp hosts were very friendly and helpful.

This place is awesome! Richard and Kandis are 2 of the nicest people you will ever meet! They went way out of their way to help us out in a pinch and we are forever thankful for them! If we are ever in Colorado City again, we will definitely be staying here. You won't find nicer bathrooms and showers at an RV park!

While working in Colorado City, we stayed in Spot 15 at the RV Park. The hosts, Kandis and Richard, take really good care of the Park. The common areas, showers, restrooms and POOL, are very clean and well maintained. The best we’ve experienced in Texas!

The RV Park is well lit at night and seems to attract a nice group of people. Friendly atmosphere is appreciated!

Super nice place. The owner is very helpful as well. Laundry, camp store, pool, and cable. Also lots of room to walk your dogs to. Very affordable. Well definitely stay again.

Nice park. It is very clean with large level sites, laundry room and nice pool area. The people who work here are friendly and make you feel welcome.

We only stayed one night but the management is excellent…this place is immaculate and the price is right…Wi-Fi was the best we’ve had in any RV park and the showers were cleaner than places we paid $100 a night for…if you’re in the area and need a place to stay just stay here!

Enjoyed our short stay here. Great swimming pool with cool water when the temperatures outside work 100°. Nice people in charge and it was a nice visit

Went there for an RV tank cleaning job. Looks well kept. Possibly all full timers staying there. Manager really nice. No Shade.

Friendly and clean family environment. The managers are always very caring and friendly. My kids love the pool and all around clean rv park! Great family environment!

The campground was immaculate. Plenty of space. Campground managers were super nice. Beware of sandspurs if you have pets.

We stayed there on our first night of a 3 week trip and the last night before returning home!! It's a great place to stay with great people who run it!! We will return next time we are headed out west!!

The facilities are super clean are newly built. It’s under new management and they’re so sweet! The amenities are nice. 10/10 stay!
