Great customer service. These people were so helpful in finding me the most comfortable work boot I've ever had. They were knowledgeable about every boot and very patient with me while trying on different boots. I have told all my coworkers to go there for their workboots and clothing.

The staff is great. They helped us determine the right size and width for my son's boots and then helped us to find some in our price range. They have a huge selection of exotics down to work boots. Their knife selection is incredible as well. We especially loved the Knife Ranch knives!

The store is always wonderful nice things for Christmas or any other shopping need you might have. But the people that work there will go out of their way to make sure you find what you want. Very nice and helpful. I will be back.

We arrived at 628pm and they close at 630. The staff where very friendly and encouraged us to stay and shop. They didnt make us feel like a burden they actually made us feel wanted and appreciated. Will definitely go back!!

Absolutely wonderful place! I've been buying my boots at the same place for years and I finally tried Woods and I couldn't be more pleased.
I was greeted immediately upon entering and had a saleswoman helping me the entire time and when I began to shop for things that she wasn't so knowledgeable about, she found another employee who did.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there and can't wait to go back the next time I'm down there

For being an out of towner this store really surprised me with their wide selection of boots. I highly recommend shopping here for work boots. Had I known this store was here I would have bought once and bought right. I'll definitely be a returning customer in the future!

I recently bought a pair of black uniform boots here. The salesperson was on me as soon as I walked in the door wanting to know if she could help me, and she certainly did. She never left me until we found the boots that fit and she walked me to the register while I checked out and was all in all one of the most friendly and helpful salespersons I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. I don't remember her name but she will remember me because I got the boots to go for security officer training in El Paso and I ended up bringing the boots back because they actually didn't fit as well as I had thought at first. They took the boots back without hesitation and were just as nice and friendly as they had been when I bought them. This lady went above and beyond good customer service and should be rewarded for this. Thank You, Ma'am!

Some nice stuff. I got a pair of triple X lace-up boots. I forgot what exactly they are called but the most comfortable boot I have ever wore in my life I payed like 178 after taxes but I have to say worth it. My back and feet and just my body period can tell the difference. I have back pain and neck pain. I have broke both but I never thought my pain could be that much better. Last week my back has not really bothered me at all. Tbh I been excited about them

The original store has always had the best customer service and friendliest staff every time we go in.

They pretty much have about whatever boot you might need.

Great selection and not just boots. Check out the hand made wallets and belts too. Amazing boots. This is a must stop if you are traveling on the interstate.
