Excellent Care!

We had an appointment for a check up for our child. When we arrived a few minutes before appointment and the office was closed for the day. No explanation and no one ever contacted us to reschedule the appointment. Other appointments have been good before that which is why I rated 3 instead of 1, but this was very disappointing.

Staff is nice. Only thing is when my kids get sick unexpectedly and I go in as a walk in "they aren't taking walk ins." This has happened 3 times. It is really inconvenient because then I have to travel 15 miles to go see the doctor in Plainview. Defeats the purpose of having a clinic in town.

Very rude staff. Often close early despite sign saying they're open until 5PM. I recommend the Lockney clinic even though its a 15 min drive since staff and doctors are more attentive and the clinic is more consistent in its business hours.

The receptionist, Jessica, doesn't seem to care about the patients. She comes off as rude and unintelligent. I've had to take my son and go for myself on a few occasions, and it's always the same.

I called to try to get my son in before closing one evening after already having been there. And, she told me that my son's Medicaid had been denied. So, we left and I called 211 to get things figured out. After being on the phone with them for 3 hours, NO EXAGGERATION, I called the clinic back.. She placed me on hold until after 5; their closing time.. Needless to say, I had to take my son to the E.R.

I haven't had these issues with anyone else employed there. Everyone else is pretty nice. That being said, I wouldn't recommend going in to this clinic and dealing with her unless it's just absolutely necessary.
