Presidio County Medical Clinic

Absolutely the best clinic /dental clinic I’ve been to period. We are so blessed to have them in our little community. Affordable, friendly, fast and most importantly they do great work. For years our only option was going to Mexico or driving four hours to midland.

While visiting in the area I chipped a front tooth. They had an appointment with me in a matter of a few days, and this was during a holiday week. The dental clinic is very clean, and the staff is professional and courteous. After new patient paperwork the dentist and his assistant were very thorough in repairing my broken tooth. If we lived in the area I would go here for all my dental work.

We love Dr Velásquez & the whole team at PCMC Dental! Always super kind & professional, makes my kids and I feel right at home.

experience was horrible. had a root canal done here at the dental clinic a couple years ago and it was one of the most painful experiences in my life. my entire body was wanting to jerk and i could feel the drill go into each of my roots.
on a separate occasion i was getting a tooth removed and the dentist doing my extraction had a metal instrument trying to lower it as it was one of my upper teeth. her hand slipped and stabbed me in the back of my throat, i could feel the blood pooling in my mouth.

Worst experience ever. Front desk was very rude, rolling her eyes, and did not help us what so ever. She did not even attempt or find a way to help us. Worst front desk ever! All we needed was the name of the cream so we can buy it somewhere here, we were willing to stay if the doctor was busy, but she just rolled her eyes. Staff has more time looking at their cell phone rather than working.

They are always saying that they are busy just to put an appointment in, they don't even care about our health at all they just pretend to be working as good nurses but they have adittude with everyone and make up excuses that they are busy while we are having issues with our health. We the people never get checked out at all with our health because apparently they are always busy and the Doctor and they want a hospital in Presidio what do we expect having one in here if they treat people like this
