Harper Hardware, LLC

Harper Hardware is a fantastic hardware store owned by an amazing family who try their hardest. It is always my first choice. Absolutely because they have everything but also because the family is so friendly and attentive and helpful. Each one of them has become a friend. I love this store.

I used to work at this establishment and the staff became my family with their warm and embracing attitudes. Jose and the his staff are great people and help their customers achieve their projects with the amazing knowledge they have, and will not stop till they achieve what you came into the store for. One will not find a better hardware store to shop at, that has a lot of the things one might be looking for with the amazing customer service one has a hard time finding now a days at many other establishments.

Ever since I moved to Presidio and I needed anything hardware related I would always be able to find it in Harpers inventory.

Not to mention the attentive wonderful staff (Everybody). When the staff members go above and beyond to help their customers it is indeed a blessing.

We are very fortunate, indeed, to have Harper Hardware in our remote area. I believe that Mr. Saenz, owner, is mostly responsible for it's success. He is consistently professional, experienced, and helpful. He is truly one of a kind when it comes to customer service. He recommends a labor pool when asked, is willing to run a tab during on going projects, orders products if needed, and always does it with a smile. There are enough employees to assist the customers; and some of the staff have been in service with Harper Hardware for many years. They are knowledgeable and polite. This is a family owned business and I am sure that Mr. Saenz's daughter will carry on the legacy!

This facility has the most friendly and attentive and informative staff of any hardware store I've ever been to. Jose and his team will bend over backwards to accommodate their customers. Acts that are rare and hard-to-find across the country today.
