Jeff remained calm and positive. We learned so much from him about Smith Lake and what we really wanted. My experience with Jeff Thomas was a great one. He was very professional and courteous. I gave him an idea of the type of lake lot I wanted, and he stuck to the parameters provided, and did not try to push anything other than what I desired, and we found numerous lots within several hours. I have nothing but good to say about Jeff. He put up with many dumb questions and requests on our end and did so without hesitation. We just purchased out first property in Clear Creek and Jeff really took charge to make sure we got what we needed in regards to price / overall quality of property. Jeff did his job, and he did it well. He helped us find our dream house on Smith lake and, from what we now understand, did it in record time. Some people take years to find just the right house. Start to finish-it took us less than 3 months. The house we ended up with would not even have been on our radar if it hadn’t been for Jeff finding it. He was always happy to chaperone us all over the lake and keep us from getting lost. He saved us a lot of potentially wasted time and tactfully steered away from several losers. Even when Jeff was out of town he arrange for another member of his staff to get us into a few places we wanted to see. When negotiations got a little testy with the seller, Jeff’s advice proved to be accurate and timely.

We started working with Jeff almost 2 years ago and on our first visit with him he took time to drive us around the lake in his boat to look at lots. Based on our budget, we weren't seeing a lot of options we were willing to settle on. Jeff knew what we were looking for and promised us that if we were patient we would find it.
