They treated all of us with the utmost respect and made sure we had everything we needed during the loss of our father. They definitely made things easier during this hard time. As a former funeral home employee and owner. I can only say that we are trained to provide services that are meaningful and helpful to the families we serve.Sadly at times finances come into play. I can say without question that Tyler and his staff are completely devoted to the families they serve. My firm helped train and mentor Tyler and helped him in his early funeral career. This is a fine dedicated young man. He's trained to deal with delicate situations when approached in a timely manner in person.

Our family was very well pleased with Tyler McGriff and his staff. They all were so helpful and concerned. Making arrangements is a difficult thing to do and especially at Christmas time, but Tyler was willing to go above and beyond for our family.

I received the nicest gift from McGriff Funeral Home, it was a memorial Christmas ornament with my Mom's picture in it. She passed away in January of 2023. Tyler & his staff are the best, and go out of their way to help with family & community

I can't leave a lower than 1 star or I would. My father died 11/28/23, I spoke with Tyler 11/29 at 3 p.m. my father's life insurance had lapsed the previous year when my mother got sick. I told him to give me a couple of days to make some calls and see what I could do to come up with the money to cover his wishes. Tyler called me at about 10:30 the next morning wanting to know where his money was- even if I had gotten to the bank to take out a loan the minute they opened , I wouldn't have had the money at that moment. Also, while we were making the arrangements for my father's cremation we were told he was ready to ship out, until we asked to see him one last time to say goodbye, then we were informed, we'd have to wait until they could clean him up. I was the one who had found my father in the short time before he passed, nevermind how traumatic and taxing this already was on my family, as long as he gets his money and it's right now. Also, when we got him paid in full the following Wednesday, we were told my father's cremains and death certificates should be in no later than Thursday, however, they weren't in until Friday, so times mean something to him as long as its in his favor, but when its the other way around you'll get it when you get it. There is a big sign in his office about the "gold standard and dignity for the families" I felt neither of those when dealing with them at McGriff. I'm sorry Jack Neal is gone, he used to run the same business in the same location as Neals funeral home. Jack actually cared about the people he did business with and their dignity and respect.
