Nortons Flooring

We haven't personally been customers of Nortons, but I'd still like to review their character and situational awareness. Someone placed an order with their store for over $4000 using our company debit account. They realized immediately that something was suspicious and credited us back immediately, called our bank to report what happened, and called the police to meet the individual who came to pick up the fraudulent order. I hope we have an occasion in the future to send them business, they're absolute class acts.

Enjoyed working with Charlie and his crews!
They were very helpful in finding the right hardwoods and carpeting for our house. He was very patient with us ! After months of searching for the right product we were never was pushed to settle on anything less than what we were trying to find , I knew it was out there somewhere and Charlie made every effort he could to help us locate it getting samples from lots of suppliers. Never got tired of ordering samples for us! Lol Very impressed with their customer service and installations. They were also the most reasonably priced out of everyone. We would highly recommend using these are some really nice folks to do business with!!

Mr. Jim is super helpful. It is always a joy to shop here. I have always found what I needed or pointed in the right direction.

Great service and sales team. The carpet I picked was discontinued within days of picking it out and they have gone above and beyond helping us get back on track with our order.
