Angela has helped me manage multiple co-morbid conditions following a tragic industrial accident in 2002. After 7+ years In an electric wheelchair, I came under her care. While life still has it’s good days and bad when it comes to pain levels, my A1C’s are normal verses 9 at there high point. My Weight has dropped a little moe than 80 pounds due to her medical interventions and I have been able to improve areas of my life through medical resources like mental health and physical therapy. Again, I encourage you to do what I’ve done and choose Trinity Health and Wellness in Louisville, Illinois for ALL your healthcare needs.

Been a patient there for a long time

First let me say I have cptsd generalized anxiety disorder my dad had mental problems was a paranoid schizophrenic and I also have heart problems at the age of 25 second let me say Dr Carrie N. is an amazing doctor very friendly however it's very hard to get an appt takes 2 months approximately to get an appt this was somewhat acceptable for a while until the receptionist I believe her name was becca she was rude talked over me i have ptsd and had a cannabis card to help me with that for the last 5 years and suddenly it wasnt helping anymore but making it worse way worse..Carrie warned me about withdrawl i basically shrugged it off untill i felt what she was warning me about. My nightmares were back after I quit Im having flashbacks I can't sleep and I'm extremely stressed out and depressed i was crying and becca was telling me to i quote "shut up and let me finish " Dylan stop shut up let me finish" becca was completely professional untill I mentioned I had a cannabis card (even though i mentioned i hadnt smoked since the 13th and threw out all my green medicine and id quit) because it made my heart rate exceed 180 and made my blood pressure as high or higher than 140 over 89 it made my paranoia way worse than my anxiety and my depression which is already extremely bad the way it is now even with my medicine that i was normally taking with the medical cannabis the way that nurse treated me made me call another doctor I'm now seeing somebody in Salem I have one more doctor's appointment with Carrie on Friday and I'm going to tell her how I feel about the nurse and transfer my medical records to my new medical provider this was completely unprofessional and uncalled for as somebody who struggled with PTSD and anxiety and has had a gun held to their head by their stepdad when they were a kid and somebody who was drowned in a bathtub when they were 4 which is literally my first memory that I can recall you know I go through all that it's in my medical records I told the lady that my PTSD was acting up really bad and my nightmares were back I told her all of this and she still had the nerve to talk over me and tell me to shut up also my other doctor that I've been seeing in Salem actually called to check in on me today unlike any of the people at Trinity nobody cared to see how I was doing I'm assuming they're just waiting until my appointment on Friday even though Dr Carey said that the withdrawals were dangerous and that I should be worried about it and they recommended I go to the hospital in Effingham I went to the hospital and got told that I was full of crap because the nurse that treated me said that in 20 years she is never heard of anybody withdrawn from cannabis but she said that it's a possibility that the symptoms I'm experiencing could be just because I quit the cannabis and when I quit the cannabis whatever it was helping with was making my symptoms worse now because I wasn't using the Cannabis to treat my anxiety and PTSD that the symptoms I'm experiencing could be due to the fact that the cannabis was doing something to keep my anxiety at bay but now that I'm off of it my body was feeling worse because it wasnt getting what it was used to or it wasn't treating what it was supposed to anymore because id quit. The main reason I'm leaving Trinity health is the rudeness and disrespect from Becca I have nothing against anyone else there I had told another receptionist about the whole incident and she said she would bring it to somebody's attention and make sure Becca didn't do this again so far nobody had checked in and called me to see how I'm doing or Becca never apologized but Dr Amy and her staff at Salem SIHF actually do care after I called both Drs the same day that I went to the ER the only one to call me back after the weekend was over ,was Salem and it wasn't just a quick oh are you feeling okay now no they wanted every detail and make sure that I was feeling okay the receptionist spent darn near 15 minutes asking every question and making sure I'm okay they scheduled me to see a new dr in a week
