Out of all the many B&Bs we have visited over the years the Main Street Inn B&B is the best one my husband and I have ever stayed in. Everything was wonderful. Loving birds, I chose the Audubon room and was not disappointed. Beautiful, comfortable and roomy. The host, Patrick, did everything possible to make all his guests comfortable and told great historical stories about the inn and the town. The decor, loaded with excellent art, was simply amazing and beautiful. Plus the breakfast each day was a gourmet delight. In addition there was a coffee station on each floor for guests that held a variety of delicious coffees and some of the best hot chocolate around. All in all, a great and relaxing time thanks to the generous hospitality of the hosts, the beauty of the decor and the comfort of the inn itself.

An absolutely great B&B. The owner delivers an elegant family charm and service to your entire stay. The building itself has it's historic charms in abundance but had been fully upgraded so it's spacious and comforatable. It's within walking distance of everything in town, but of course everything in Ste. Genevieve is withing walking distance of everything else. I highly recommend this please, especially for couples. It has a down to earth, old world romance about it that adds greatly to the entire Ste. Genevieve experience!

We had the best time spending the weekend at Main Street Inn! Every detail was perfect, from the coffee, fireplace, and amenity kits in the rooms to the sophisticated-yet-cozy communal spacious sitting rooms and the delicious full breakfast. The bed, linens, and pillows were so perfect that I slept like a baby both nights. We woke up every morning to the smell of breakfast cooking and coffee brewing, which was so comforting and homey. The Inn is within easy walking distance to all the historic treasures and wonderful restaurants, and Patrick shared a wealth of knowledge of the fascinating multicultural history of Ste. Genevieve and historic details of the Main Street Inn. It was a true idyllic small town experience that was an oasis from our busy daily lives. We have traveled all over the world and can safely say Main Street Inn B&B is a special and incredible experience that we will never forget, and we hope to come back again very soon!

We planned our trip last minute for my husband's birthday and found this amazing place. We felt like Family the moment we walked in the door and meet Patrick. He is such a kind hearted gentleman. He told us the history of the Inn which is a great story. Oh and the breakfast was simply amazing. Thank you so much for making us feel at home.

These accommodations are as wonderful as you are going to find. The building, and its history, was outstanding and our room was very spacious and beautiful. Nice touch of having a refrigerator/freezer (with an included bag of ice) handy to our front door. The room and all of the interior common spaces were spotlessly clean and very well decorated.
Our host, Patrick, was outstanding! He offered local history insight that was helpful in our exploration of Ste. Genevieve. Very interesting, generous, man and an excellent cook. Our breakfasts were perfect and set us up for a long day of sightseeing.
The backyard garden and coy fish pool was an unexpected bonus as well. To top it off, the second floor balcony was a perfect spot for a quiet afternoon cigar.
What a great two nights! Recommended to everyone.

The rooms are in incredible shape. The owners are gracious with their time.

We would definitely book it again.

Patrick (the owner) made our stay here super great. Started with a little tour around the house, pointing out some interesting facts and telling us more about the art selection. Our room was on the second floor, it had everything you need, the bed was very comfy and had good selection of pillows. Breakfast was really good, made with local ingredients and everything was just delicious, Patrick was around talking to everybody, making introductions and keeping the conversation flowing.

There was wine, cheese and crackers at 5pm. We had a good time during one of the happy hours with some friends of Patrick who were visiting and we ended having so many things in common which made the conversation very interesting. The people we met definitely enriched the experience. Within walking distance to all things in downtown Ste. Genevieve. Highly recommend!

Wonderful B&B! Love the history, the rooms, the building and garden. Will definitely return. We weren’t able to spend enough time due to something that came up at home but it is 5 star ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We chose this bed & breakfast for my anniversary/Mother's Day trip and it was amazing ! We stayed in the ground level room (with the red door). We brought our dog, so going in and out with her to the Inn's lovely garden (out back) was super. There was a big, jetted tub in the room so we enjoyed a bubble bath. So relaxing ! If you book Main Street Inn (and you certainly should), make sure to take time to join the Innkeeper/Patrick for wine & cheese in the parlor. You'll enjoy his stories about Ste Genevieve, his artwork and the history of the Inn. Take the time to see the town and all of its historic buildings. If you love hiking, take the scenic drive to "Pickle Springs Conservation Area". Picturesque, beautiful rock formations, streams and a peaceful hike !

My husband and I enjoyed our 3 night stay here so much! The owners were extremely friendly and were so happy to share the history of the B&B and the town with us. The breakfast was lovely and so delicious every morning. The wine and cheese in evenings was a nice time to meet the other guests and also learn more about the things to do while in Ste. Genevieve. The B&B is restored beautifully and is just a very relaxing place to stay. I would definitely recommend a visit here.

Wonderful B&B, I highly recommend! The Inn was meticulously renovated with beautiful furniture and artwork. Every detail in the B&B was thoughtfully planned. It is warm and inviting from the minute you step through the door. The room we stayed in was beautiful and comfortable and very clean (with great sheets). We enjoyed the two huge second floor porches available for guests to relax. The owners, Patrick and Susan, are a delight to talk to. They were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend having cocktails with Patrick! He is a great story teller and knows the history of the area very well. We had great conversation. Breakfast was wonderful. The food and ambiance was excellent. The Main Street B&B was perfect! It was everything we were looking for in a B&B. We will definitely be back again!

Everything was perfect! The towels and bedding were so soft. The in-room jacuzzi tub (in pet suites only) was big enough for two people and also came with a separate shower. The owner was delightful, accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was so delicious and filling you won’t need lunch. The wine and snacks in the evening were a nice touch. The place was neat and clean. Relaxing outdoor and porch seating. It’s walking distance to shops and restaurants. Excellent price for all that’s included. We will stay again!

Great place to stay. Breakfasts were good, and the local wine and cheese in the evening was a nice addition. Always meet such interesting people at a B&B.
