Keep getting paper in mail saying they missed me for certified letter .... they never knocked on my door just left notice in mailbox .... unprofessional cause we have been home both times ....call them n on hold for 20 min ! Not happy !

Still can't tell me why my package was delivered to the wrong address. Nor can they tell me when I will get it back. They told me the address it was "wrongfully" delivered to, but can't tell me when I will receive it or get the insurance money for it.

Why tell me the wrong address USPS delivered it to? Am i expected to show up at a random person's house demanding my package? Not to mention it's over 2 hours away from me. Isn't the postal service supposed to actually "deliver" my packages? 🤔

I was placed on a snow hold for the winter, which I understand. However, they are STILL not delivering my mail, despite all of their requirements being met. I'm beyond frustrated, and I can't get hold of a human anytime I call. I have no way to go and pick my mail up, so I'm just losing out on it.
