Sokokis Seafood Shack & Ice cream

I like this place to get my donuts in the morning, an ice cream on a hot day, or seafood at a reasonable price. I want to point out that the people working here are kind, over the top gracious, and even stayed open a bit longer as they were closing up to prepare a couple of lobster rolls for my son and his girlfriend visiting from California. I enjoy sitting on the lake eating my food and taking in the views. A great little hole in the wall with top-notch people taking care of us locals and visitors.

Great spot for Fish'n'Chips. Nice area with picnic tables and benches to sit and eat by the lake. Was affordable, so we had some money for some ice cream as well!

Delicious ice cream and huge portions. Dog ice cream comes with a couple of biscuits on top — very cute.

Try the Shaker Pond ice cream amazingly rich.

Paddled over here on the lake with my son for doughnuts. So good! We got there around 10am and almost all the doughnuts were sold out. We bought a half dozen and they were melt in your mouth delicious. Outdoors picnic tables on the lake, small playground and did I mention you can kayak right up to the place?

Loved this place!! Alyssa helped us and really went above and beyond to provide great service.

Our kids lived kayaking up to the restaurant. We called ahead and put our order in so it would be ready when we arrived.

There is a great playground for the kids for after they eat. Then, we got delicious ice cream.

One thing to know is that there are not any public restrooms, but there are portajohns nearby.

Great food, very friendly....prices were reasonable. And, they also have take out ice cream.

Awesome food. My two year old son and I love the haddock nuggets! Everything on the menu has been amazing though. Lobster stew is amazing and so are the different chowders. Great prices and huge portions! A must try for anyone in the area!

Good portions and very reasonable prices. Must go behind building and eat your fresh seafood on picnic tables under majestic pine trees overlooking the pond. Dont pass on the ice cream for desert !!!

June 19, 2015; fatherday weekend. wife and kids brought me here to start off the weekend. I had the haddock and chips, she had the two fish plate. prices were good, average for a seafood shack, indoor and outdoor dining. outside is picknick tables on the grass overlooking the lake. awesome spot. ice cream for desert at the same window. we will come here again when my wife's family comes up for the 4th of July and our annual vacation in August. 5 stars guys. eat here.

Great quality seafood! Scallops are a little greasy, still great, some folks like that. I prefer mine to sit and drain for a moment.

What an awesome place on the water. The food was amazing. Everything we got. The ice cream was insanely good!

The seafood here is amazing...just lightly battered and very fresh. Sit out back and take in the lake view.

Simple food but really, really good. Batter wasn't too thick but very crisp. Attached to the doughnut place next to it which is also really yummy

I have had both the whole clams and bellies , they are fantastic along with the onion rings . I live in Maine and have eaten in tons of seafood places although this one is not on the ocean it's one of the best.

If your going on the lake a great place to stop first. I cream is good and The tuna melt was above par.

Memorial weekend, enjoyed haddock sandwiches and onion rings.Ice cream for dessert. Ate in the car but everything's delicious.

Absolutely delicious. A gem out in the country. Seafood platter is huge and yummy. More than enough for 2 people.
