Amanda, the store associate this evening...She has amazing customer service skills..Was extremely patient with the amount of customers she had with just herself there! She was multi-tasking her tail off...Someone give this nice lady a raise, because I would have lost my marbles..What a fantastic employee!

I just went there to fix a problem with my prepaid phone activation that bought in a different storeand Faith was really helpful an very kind to assist me and help to solve my problem, I think she's really enjoy her job

Faith has excellent customer service. She made my visit easy and enjoyable. It was also nice getting to know her as a person. She took care of everything I needed! It was also nice to see Lexi at the store! :)

Ebony was AMAZING! I came late in the evening which I felt horrible about, but she had a positive attitude and didn’t make me feel rushed. She fixed my problem and had me on my way in less than an hour! Great service

Ebony greeted me with a friendly hello and immediately took care of my needs. She found the screen protector for my phone and expertly installed it. She told me about the warranty and asked if I had any other needs. Greet customer service, thank you.

The lady that helped me did absolutely amazing!! She was so nice and sweet and very knowledgeable. She had the answer to every question. Customer service has gone out the window so its refreshing. Thank you so much for getting my new phone set up so fast!!

My visit on 10/13/2021 was absolutely amazing!!! I recently upgraded my phone to a newer version and the sales rep Ebony and General Manager Amy were super helpful from the moment I walked in. I walked into this place feeling like I already knew them and it just felt like a place where I could really be helped instead of being talked into buying something. They answered all of my questions and even connected with me while we waited for some things to finish up. I definitely recommend switching to Verizon and making all your visits to this store specifically. I will definitely keep coming!!

Kimberly was so helpful she got me set up and out the door in a matter of minutes after me arguing with retailers all day. She made sure I had everything I needed and stayed over to help make sure I was satisfied! 10/10

Serenity was helping another couple who were , I think, buying a phone. I only needed a charge cord. She was able to help me as she took care of their needs and did not make me wait a long time. She was friendly and helpful.

Kayla was an amazing help switching over from another carrier and getting the new iPhone 13. We had some hoops to jump through and she jumping right along with me… she stayed patient and helped me get everything sorted out. Thanks again Kayla!!

Lexi took exceptional care of us as we purchased new phones and Apple watches. She reviewed our multi user account and suggested ways to save money. My visit to Russell Cellular was very pleasant. A young employee, Thor, was most helpful, patient and knowledgeable. New phones terrify me and he patiently walked me through the process and he was able to transfer my data from the old phone, making for a very successful visit. I give him a 20!!

I had a crisis situation, and these kind people gave me the time and grace to get it sorted from another state. Thank you for helping me replace the dead phone, and thank you for making the experience so easy in a moment of intense stress and anxiety.

Ask for Thor! He is truly the kindest and most knowledgeable sales rep I have come across the last several years. I have had horrendous experiences with other representatives at this store and the only reason I go back is because Thor always saves the day and it is always with a smile and lots of knowledge about all products!

After trying for two days to fix a phone/Verizon problem, I decided to try one more time before I switched service providers. Kimberly provided the best service I have received in a very long time! After a quick review of my attempts over the previous two days, she determined the problem and fixed it in about 15 minutes! Amazing! Every Verizon store should have a "Kimberly". Although there were many hiccups in the process of upgrading my phone kaylie and the store manager did an awesome job at figuring everything out for me. I really appreciate their dedication.
