Kathleen's Irish Pub

Months back, we began planning a bachelorette party for our friend in Bristol, NH. On the list of places to visit was Kathleen’s Irish Pub. They were happy to put us down for a reservation for dinner AND cottage comedy (free show first Saturday of each month). From the moment we stepped in, the night was great. Amazing staff, great food, great drinks. And the comedy? I don’t think I’ve laughed so hard in quite sometime. If looking for an easy night out, definitely add this pub to your list. You won’t be disappointed!!

We had the beef stew and fish and chips, both great and reasonable size portions. The carrot cake for two was definitely homemade, really good.

Very good service, our server did a very nice job.

We travel a lot, it’s rare that we stumble into a place that exceeds expectations, Kathleen’s is now on our go to list, enjoy !!

Came here last weekend after a day on the slopes and it was everything we needed and more! Had the delicious Rueben and some Guinness, too full for dessert.

Came on a Saturday night at 7:15 but they asked us to come back at 8:00 and a table was ready. Nice spot on the main strip with great food and excellent service. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

A little taste of heaven in the mountains. The portions are bigger than I expected, the drinks are cold, and the service is friendly. The food itself was so good, I couldn't put my spoon down. Will definitely be going back to experience everything on the menu.

Truly an authentic Irish pub. Went there for dinner the day before St. Patrick's Day. Exceptional and huge corned beef and cabbage dinner. Had the sticky toffee pudding for desert. Sweet and very delicious.
We will return to try other things on their menu.

6:00 on Saint Patrick's day, awesome atmosphere, just a great time!
Summer evenings out on the patio can't be beat. I love the ambiance, food, and beer. Great wait staff too!

This place was great! I strongly suggest the Reuben,maybe the best I've ever had. The outdoor seating was nice too.

Very pleased with everything and the bread pudding is the best ever. Senior/kid servings are just the right size and price for those who find regular entrees too filling.

Love the corned beef! Nachos could've come with salsa and or sour cream, yet we still thoroughly enjoyed. Service was good, attentive and answered Gluten free questions.
Wings are gluten free... a great treat! Large menu and definitely would go back to try more items.

Maybe just an off night but they were out of almost everything. Got the Reuben, corned beef was so over cooked it was barely edible. Place was almost empty and server was nowhere to be seen most the time so you couldnt even get a water refill.

My wife and I stopped here for a quiet dinner away, fantastic! Had the Beer Kegs appetizer, two different types of the "Out of the Box" Mac and Cheese and the bread pudding dessert. Everything was excellent, the atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. Great local eatery, highly recommend this option when in the Newfound area.

What an amazing place. We just got up to New Hampshire after a long trip from New Jersey. The food was soo good. We had the wings, the haddock, a burger and the corned beef sandwich. The portions are hearty. But what amazes me the most about this place was the sheer friendliness of the staff. They immediately make you feel like you are family. 10 stars fabulous!

Cute little place! Started with a Whoopie Pie stout which I really enjoyed so I had 2 more!! Had the Salted caramel crisp wings as an appetizer, and they did NOT disappoint- the sauce was like crack! My reuben was also delicious, the corn beef was very tender and tasty. Sweet potatoes fries were awesome with the whiskey sauce.The portions are very generous, service was excellent and they played great music! I will definitely be back before I leave.

Great Irish pub. Smithwicks on tap. Delicious Irish egg rolls full of corned beef. Fish and chips was top notch. Real cod and a decent portion. Shepherd’s pie was decent, but a tad sweet for me (too much tomato paste in the meat?). Service was friendly and welcoming. All in all, a good find near our home in Bridgewater.

Fantastic. Most everything can be gf. They use gluten free beer in the gf batter. Gf only fryer. Were able to accommodate egg allergy for some of the best fried clams and scallops. They are closed Mondays, or I would have eaten there today. Best meal on my trip.

Discovered by chance, this is one of our favorite restaurants in the NH/VT area. The food is consistently good, and they can pour a perfect Guinness.

The staff at Kathleen's Irish Pub were so accommodating & friendly! Stopped in with husband and cousin for a great dinner on Wed. There were many customers for Trivia night. We ate outside and each enjoyed our various fish entrees. Very accomodating waitress and cook to my food allergy & gluten free requests. The gluten free chocolate lava cake was AMAZING! Will gladly choose to eat here again the next time we are in the area. Want to come back to check out the Irish music session on Fri. night!

Had an early dinner here with the family. The waitress was friendly and the food came out quickly. Great gluten free options. Everyone enjoyed their meals but the salted caramel wings were by far the favorite dish. They were meaty; well cooked, and the sauce was divine. Worth a trip!
