This is such a great clinic! I have been coming for the last 4 years with a complex back issue and it is impressive the level of care I have received.

Pleasant smooth experience. I felt like I was cared about. The Dr's helped me when I broke my back. Excellent professional staff who are knowledgeable.

They were friendly and treated me well when I went in for a procedure to help relief my neck pain.

They are the only provider that treated my chronic pain properly, which changed my life. After several years since I began as a client the CPM staff are like family. ,

It's funny how they think sitting in this place for 4+ hours is not going to give you more pains then you started with. I am pretty sure Advil works faster then them.

Don’t go to this place with kids. The front desk lady was very rude. She took it upon herself to let my 3 little boys that they need to be quiet as soon as we arrived. My 2 year old started to cry for just a little bit, and she pops out of her window to tell us “to quite down because she’s on the phone” I’m considering going back to see if this lady does any parenting coaching on the side. I’d love to see how she can teach a 2 year old how to never cry at all. One thing I can say for sure is this lady would get 5 stars for rudeness.

They only push their injections and when you tell them you’ve tried all types including extremely painful epidurals that made pain worse they say so you’re choosing to just leave without treatment. They didn’t bother to get any history but would do procedures without any knowledge of the patients. I wouldn’t even give them one star especially on how they treat someone who’s dealt with chronic pain for 18 years again not bothering to know everything they have tried. There are people who’ve tried everything including “safe” medications which almost killed me but again they didn’t care

Arrogant Dr with a God complex. Won't listen to what the patient has to say. I asked if he looked at my scans and he said "we don't treat scans here." No, but you treat the patient the scans came from. Safe yourself the frustration.

Didn't help my pain, was told didn't know what more they could do after trying 3 injections. Whats worse is one of the nurses basically shoved my shoes on me and pulled me out the door. It was like she was in a hurry to get me out of there. Im glad i switched
