Mark and Sacha are a great team. Mark dealt with the storm damage to my box and mast at my cottage. He tended to it quickly and it looks great. I live out of state so it was nice to find someone trustworthy and honest to do what he said he'd do and then get it done!!!
Sacha has great customer service skills and is a delight when taking phone calls and helping with questions or contacting Mark if important. They are my go-to team for electrical issues, definitely! ..d

So glad I found Innovation Electric and Mark Anastasio! A random Google search for electricians near me pulled them up, but what initially separated them from the others on the list is they phoned me back immediately to discuss my project! Can’t take this for granted as many places just never reply. From that first conversation with Mark we scheduled an onsite meeting to get a quote and soon after we scheduled the work. Mark and team remained in contact with me leading up to the install date we planned. They arrived on time and got to work. Very professional team with clean and organized vehicles. Glad to have made this connection for any future electrical needs. Highly recommend!

Scheduling with Mark was a breeze. He was able to accommodate a strange timeframe I had for a one day install of a few lights - He got back to me quickly to confirm times, arrived exactly when he said he would, pivoted when there was some extra install needed and was helpful, friendly, and efficient along the way. I'd recommend him all the time - we were in Lincoln area, so if you need a team there - he's your guy.

Mark and his team put new lighting in our house.
Replaced old can lights with recessed LED’s.
They added new recessed LED’s 4 in living room and 2 in the dining room.

Mark came out to our shop to help with an issue we were having after a thunderstorm took out our compressor. He found the source of the issue helped us source the part and get our shop functional again before 11am on that same day. Couldnt be more thankful for his knowledge and attention.

I called Mark and he was able to come out that day and look at the problem I was having and gave me a quote with in a few days and when he showed up to do the work his team was very professional working very hard to get the power back on. All his guys had an excellent attitude towards their work and cleaned up as they went along with the work. They did a great job and I would recommend them for any work you need done . This was the first time I ever hired anyone to work on my house and they left a lasting impression on me. Great reliable contractors are hard to come by . Had this company up to our Holderness NH home. They evaluated and ran a tracer test on what ended up being a faulty plug behind our TV explaining everything along the way. They even put down drop clothes before they entered! Very professional. I’ve now added them to my “go to” list. Family owned and operated in NH and MA. Thank you Innovation Electric! After 60 years in business for myself, I finally met my match for service. I called and left a message on Saturday at 5:15 and within 10 minutes Mark returned my call and was ready to travel an hour to resolve my problem. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

Mark and his team are amazing! We upgraded our 100 amp service to a 200 amp service, installed an EV charger, and had some new GFI outlets installed. He was great at keeping us updated throughout the whole process. Their work is top notch and very reasonably priced. Mark was very professional and was very safety conscious. He started work on time and did a great job in getting the work done with as little upsetting of our daily routine as possible. His two associates seemed very knowledgeable as well and were very personable . Mark explained everything he was going to do but allowed me to make the final decision on the work to be done without undue pressure from him. Mark and his team were great! Came out on Labor Day wknd to look at what we wanted done, hooking up new hot tub that was relocated. Mark and his team were fantastic! The tasks we had asked them to tackle had seemed to be straight forward, however the wiring they encountered was 45+ years old and posed some unexpected challenges. They were professional, creative, and effective in finding ways to complete the tasks while keeping lower cost in mind whenever possible. The electrician came to our house on a Saturday during one of the coldest days of the year when our heat wasn't working. He fixed the wiring to the baseboard heaters and replaced an old thermostat with a wifi-controlled one. He was polite, friendly, and responsive. We were so grateful for his quick response!
