Fees: $20 per night, includes 1 vehicle. $5 additional fee for 2nd vehicle

This is close to the main road but really it’s such a great spot it didn’t bother us at all. I loved sitting down by the river. So peaceful.
The camping host Greg was super nice and very knowledgeable about the area. It’s always nice to get great advice from a local. Can’t wait to come back here again.

I haven't camped here in 50 years and it's still perfect. The river runs off of Mt Washington and it's so cold. Love it

Went up there with my parents from the time I was a kid every yr. Still after 50 yrs still go every yr.Its always clean and peaceful.

Zealand trails are great for families, dogs, and adventurous hikers looking for great riverside and mountain scenery.

Small campground, I was very happy with the location, lots of open area, right next to the wild Ammonoosuc River. Primitive, no hookups , water hand pumps, pit toilets Close to the road ,

Clean, quiet campsites next to river - close to all the major trails - Campground supervisor is helpful and pleasant. I look forward to going back here .

Sweet little campground centrally located. Nothing fancy about this place - no bells, whistles, amenities - just the basics. But it is cheap, clean, has nice, big lawn-like campsites up against the Wild Ammonoosuc River. It's first come-first served, so have a plan B. The down side is it parallel to to Rt 302 - and NH loves it's 18-wheelers!! But all-told, it's one I keep going back to, at least as a base-camp for hiking.

Such a quaint campground! We lucked out and got the last spot, greeted by the friendly host Alan. We settled in with a fire. There is a beautiful stream right in the grounds - fishing nearby. No flush toilets or running water (water pump from well) but perfect location for white mountain national forest especially if you enjoy partially rustic Camping.

I absolutely love this campground. The camp hosts, Alan and Barbara, were very friendly and extremely helpful. I took my Girl Scout troop camping along with 2 other troops. Great, open fields and amenities were close by. I cannot wait to come back with my family for another fun camping weekend.

Super spacious camp sites on large flat grass field next to the river. Even has a touch of 4g cell service (Verizon). Clean and well kept by the host.

Great small national forest campground! Family favorite; been coming here for years!!!

The river is low...need some rain

Wonderful spaces right along the highway, for a RV site, or up the hill in more private areas

Beautiful place to camp right on the river so quiet not to many sites

Only about a dozen sites so it was very quiet and Mr. Ranger was very helpful and a great host.
