Omni Bretton Arms Inn at Mount Washington

Rooms are comfortable, but sound travels from the kitchen to rooms above. Especially the kitchen and dining room doors slamming. In deep winter the pipes froze and there was no water for nearly an entire day. So plan on showering at the gym in the main hotel nearby. The WiFi speed is spotty, so don't plan on working remotely. Food here is excellent. So is the service. Actually better than up at the main hotel.

From the front desk team to the shuttle drivers, the team here is superb. When our 2 year old got sick in the middle of the night, Olivia went above and beyond, sourcing a thermometer at 3am and had it delivered to our room! Just wow. Leah came in shortly after, made us some coffee and was extremely kind and made us feel comforted. When we had a challenge with something, the manager Parker called us directly, making himself available in a very genuine human way. We were so taken aback by the amazing service. As frequent travelers, we have stayed in our fair share of locations, some of them very high end, but the service at any of these places pales in comparison to the treatment and care we received from the staff at Bretton Arms. Thank you so very much.

We will absolutely be back be for years to come as a result of these wonderful people.

Attended a beautiful wedding at the Main Hotel, but we stayed at the Arms. Alan is great and very attentive (as is all of the staff). Beautiful grounds, stables nearby, golf, trails, etc. My only wish is that I had stayed longer. We plan to go again.

This is a wonderful and classic hotel that pays tribute to the grand hotel era while being comfortable and having modern amenities. The staff was friendly, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Fair value for the money. The dining room had free coffee and tea for morning on the go and a nice breakfast menu. The shuttle to the main hotel was appreciated and access to its facilities were fine although our stay was brief. The fitness center was improved from a visit 12 years ago. Be aware that you will be charged a $36 "resort fee" apart from your room rate and it may not be obvious until the booking process is almost complete.

Service was amazing thanks to Marvin who went out of his way to accommodate our group. Highly recommend!

Dinner at the Bretton Arms Inn was exquisite. I booked our dinner through open table and was told this restaurant was more of an intimate secluded dining experience compared to some of the other restaurants at the resort.

By far the best dinner (and most expensive) we had while staying at the Omni Resort. All food was prepared to the nines and the service was very attentive and professional. I really enjoyed the warm bread, wedge salad, and beef tenderloin. They even surprised us with a Happy Anniversary dessert.

Overall an excellent one night stay. I’ve stayed several times with work but this was our first family trip to Mt Washington hotel. Food excellent. Service great. Check-in At 4 was not ready but they made it right by doing late checkout.

Only constructive feedback is bathroom near cave was pretty filthy at 9am on a Tuesday. No seat covers. Toilets dirty. Etc. surprised the cleaning crew didn’t have bathrooms fresh to start the day. Bed mattresses in Omni Bretton Arms were pretty worn. Springy and below quality you’d expect.

Still a solid 5 star rating for the overall experience.

We have been to the Bretton Arms many times. While it remains one of our favorite destinations in New England, we have noticed that inconsequential cosmetic features, such as floors, trim, the entry, and bathroom cabinetry, could use a little sprucing up. On the other hand, the condition of the property lends New England authenticity and charm, which is not found in standard hotels. The hotel's beautiful location and remarkably solicitous staff more than make up for any modest imperfections. We will continue our visits with relish.

We loved our brief stay - well appointment rooms face out to the mountains, with good food options in the bar and restaurant below. This is much smaller and quieter than the larger hotel next door but you have access to all those amenities which are just a five minute walk away. It's incredibly relaxing and comfortable and the staff are fantastic.

A very pleasant surprise! We usually stay at the Mount Washington Hotel and decided to try the Bretton Arms. We love this little gem! Super friendly staff, wonderfully low-key atmosphere, fabulous comfortable (big!) room and delicious small plates at the bar made for a memorable stay! Can't wait to return!

Omni Washington Mount Resort was sold out therefore booked 2 nights at Inn and I was presently surprised that I enjoyed it. Views were obviously breathtaking. The advantage of Inns are that you can park right outside of your unit so no need walk far to fetch your car. I was expecting a lot older decor considering it's up in the mountains but it wasn't too bad. AC/heater worked well no bugs or broken toilet that my neighbors experienced.

Beautiful vintage grand resort hotel. Spectacular views of the mountains. Staff at both the Bretton Arms and the main Hotel were accommodating and professional. Had dinner at Stickneys, portions were good, food was great and justified the price.

Everyone was excellent, kind, accommodating, and went the extra mile. The hotel is wonderful, and a great way to enjoy the entire Bretton area.

Stayed at the Bretton arms for my anniversary. The hotel was so thoughtful and left champagne and strawberries. This exceptional property is quintessential New England. Not the most modern building but rich in history. You will not be disappointed. The arms is much smaller and cozier than the mt.washington and you still get access to all the amenities of the main hotel wich is just a short shuttle ride away. It is priced cheaper than the main hotel and in my opinion is amazing.

Didn't stay but did tour two rooms and the common areas. Rooms are large and very attractive. The staff was so welcoming! A cozier choice of lodging over Mt. Washington but you still have access to the amenities of the large resort.

Most courteous and friendly hotel I have ever stayed at. They make you feel home as you're part of their family. The caretaker of the place Tom is supernice and friendly. He will make sure that you have a comfortable stay and get everything you need.
The hotel has regular Omni shuttle running that takes yoi to other Omni properties and Bretton Woods ski area. Just call the front desk to request one. They have free coffee and tea in morning and serve water and cider throught the day. The dinner at Arm is little pricey. We mostly ate at Stikney's at Omni Mt Washington Hotel which was amazing. Highly recommend their sandwiches and Salmon.

We had such an amazing time there. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Always something to do or see. The grounds are lovely. On the way up we saw a family of black bears. Food is excellent. Things for everyone in the family!

I love staying here. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and the staff friendly. The only thing I might consider complaining about is that they don't give you a coffee maker in your room, but they provided one when we asked!

Bretton Arms Inn is a wonderful place to stay for food, service and pet friendly. The Spa is perfect after a day of hiking in the White Mountains. The food and service at the Bretton Arms is reason enough to come.
The hotel, surrounded by the Presidential Mountain Range, offers views to behold any time of day.
